This is the first time we have used this service for a car rental in Minsk. We rented a very comfortable BMW for the short and long trips we made in a thirty day period. The service was fantastic, prompt and efficient. The worker whom presented the car to us was honest and considerate of our needs. Highly recommended, and we will use them again for sure.

We decided to diversify our trip to Minsk, so we added Mir, Nesvizh, Brest, Grodno to the route. But it would be dreary to make such a trip by sightseeing/public transport in 5 nights. So I went to the maps and searched for companies from 4.9 with a lot of reviews. I found tukar. We answered the message in WhatsApp even before the office opened - we clarified which class of car I needed, then they sent me a list of available cars. I chose the 2017 ford mondeo. We arrived, were greeted, the guys were friendly, talked about the main nuances of renting, reminded of the differences in the traffic regulations of the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation. The contract is transparent, but in fact it turned out to be a little more loyal. The car didn't fail, just refueled. There are no technical issues, compared to streaming carsharing services, heaven and earth. Bottom line: we really liked it, to put it mildly...We even managed to visit more locations. Thanks, that's five!

I give 5 points to the To Car rental, although there were some incidents. I booked a car during the New Year holidays. Surprisingly, 4 days before arrival, several options were offered. I picked up exactly the car we agreed on, but alas, due to a breakdown during the rental, I had to change it. I am glad that the staff reacted quickly, offered a similar option and brought it to the right place without significant loss of time. The conditions are loyal, I recommend it!
