Unfortunately, the service in the establishment left an extremely unpleasant impression. The waitresses don't pay any attention to the guests at all: you can call several times and no one comes up. Each of the employees pulls a blanket over herself, and the guests witnessed an unpleasant incident between the waitress and the employee responsible for the order on the tables. We had to repeat the same requests several times before we were heard. But the worst thing was the quality of the food. The tobacco was served with spoiled sauce, the shish kebab was served undercooked, and only after our repeated complaints was it replaced. The meat was brought half-cooked, which is completely unacceptable. The saddest thing was that the person who should be responsible for the staff allowed himself to be drunk in the hall. This leaves a feeling of complete indifference to the guests and to the reputation of the establishment. We came for a pleasant evening, but, unfortunately, we received only a bitter disappointment.

I went to the Tulagan cafe and liked everything. I took a shurpa - it was very tasty, rich, and homey. I also ordered kebabs - they are small in size, but this is not a disadvantage, the taste is excellent. The waiters served quickly, without waiting or unnecessary words. Overall, it's a good place - I'll come back!
