A large hotel in the center of Kostanay. The lobby of the hotel is original, it looks like a square surrounded by houses with balconies. The corridors are decorated with paintings. The junior suite is spacious, with a large bed. The furniture is in a traditional style, but the wood looks massive and expensive. There are all the little things in the room, and a bathrobe too. I did not use it, but you can visit the sauna and swimming pool until 22. Breakfast is meager by choice, but porridge and pancakes are delicious!

From the outside, the hotel looks more like a large hangar for airplanes. You go inside - the mansions are incredible: high ceilings, Venetian balconies, a beautiful black grand piano in the center of the hall (smoothly flowing into the lobby). In general, look at the pictures and you will understand everything. The room is small. There are slippers, a bathrobe, shower accessories. There is no refrigerator, although it was sooo needed, I was bringing horse meat home. And the second problem was that the TV wasn't working. And the acoustics are amazing: you can hear what the neighbors are doing)) The carpet on the floor is stained and obviously not the first freshness. The floor in the shower (there is also a toilet) cold. The cat screams so hard that it seems like it can raise everyone around, and there's no way to turn it off. Breakfasts are the first time we've encountered this. You go into a restaurant, you see only tea, coffee, mugs, spoons and 3 carafes with liquids (water, orange juice, apple juice) and that's it... The picture is perplexing, isn't it? But it turns out that you need to sit down, wait for the waiter (who periodically appears from the kitchen) to come up to you and ask, "Do you want an icing or an omelet?". Then you wait... They take out a plate on which there are 2 glazes, 3 round cucumbers and tomatoes, 3 pieces of cheese, 1 mini cheesecake, 2 pancakes, in my opinion, there was something else, but just a little bit and that's it... In general, there is no choice. The hotel has 4 stars and, in principle, it is, plus or minus.
