Hello! I want to thank a wonderful osteopath, a great professional in her field, Alyona Pukhova! I went to the Point of Health center because of pain in my legs. Over the course of two years, I visited 5 orthopedic trauma doctors and there was no relief, I went through many UHT sessions, various physiotherapy procedures, ointments, pills ... The diagnosis is Achilles tendon enthesopathy. I wore sneakers with orthopedic insoles even at home. To be honest, there were no great hopes for osteopathy anymore. But, having fallen into the hands of Alyona, after 2 sessions it became easier for me. I was slowly seeing the result every day. I honestly followed and follow all the recommendations, I do the exercises that Alyona picked up. Yes, in my case, the recovery is slow, but the difference is huge! I walk barefoot on the floor! There is lightness and flexibility in the feet! Alyona is very attentive, responsive and sincere and, of course, a Pro! I thank her from the bottom of my heart! I went to the center because of lower back discomfort. She completed a course of 8 sessions. I was pleased with the format of working with the body - you do not need to walk often, such as during massage, smoothness and flexibility in time. I really liked that there was no pain. For some reason, I expected discomfort like during a massage, but it turned out that it was not so. In general, osteopathy is a pleasant discovery for me. And of course, a little bit about the results. My lower back stopped bothering me. Along the way, Inna revived my foot in one step, which was twisted at the beginning of the year and constantly aching, a kind of pain that you get used to as normal and do not notice. She stopped slouching, and unexpectedly, neurodermatitis, which was more than 10 years old, passed. A couple of months have passed, but the result has been preserved. And of course, it is impossible not to say a few words about the center itself. There is a reception for children from 0+ in the center, but there is no changing table, the baby had to be undressed on the couch, at that time there were people sitting there who were not at all willing to get up to give us a seat, I think this is a really important moment. To be honest, the office was also a bit of a mess - there was a doctor's bag on the windowsill, some cups, and various other extraneous things. That's -1 star for the atmosphere. It's hard to tell from the reception - she dealt with problems in the child's intestines, after 3 days, until nothing changed, the doctor asked general questions about my health and the child's health, there were several accurate hits from her, but in the end she said that another session was needed - to remove another "layer", which means I I didn't really understand, because the child was already crying and tired, I didn't specify. The reception cost 150 rubles. In general, I have a mixed opinion - although I know that osteopathy works by example, I hope that it will help my daughter.

On my first visit, I was not offered to purchase a subscription, although I was determined to go through 3 sessions and paid for each one separately, although I studied your website, but at the time of payment I forgot about this bonus. After that, there was a residue, as I paid for each session separately at full cost. Since not everyone can afford your services, it is important to tell your clients these nuances, despite the fact that you announce it everywhere, but people can come in different emotional states and once again you can remind them of these bonuses, which they acquire by buying a subscription. I visited Astrovko's specialist. Most of the session was spent on "psychological" analysis and digging in childhood. Then there were incomprehensible light touches to the legs, to the head. And in the end, they just counted the vertebrae, "stretched" them. Maximum frustration with the center. Especially for 140 rubles. I will return to my massage therapist two times cheaper, who works out the whole body in 90 minutes and removes the clamps. Because after visiting the osteopath here I was driven into a depressive state and the pain absolutely did not go anywhere. I do not recommend visiting this center.

Good afternoon. I contacted the osteopathic center with a specific request about migraines and other types of headaches that I have been suffering from for a very long time. I tried many treatment approaches (massage, acupuncture, etc.), but there was no relief. Surprisingly, the osteopathic practice itself turned out to be soft, no one twisted or set anything. After the first session, the frequency of headaches decreased dramatically. Although there were several episodes of sudden changes in weather and atmospheric pressure, there were no seizures, which was perceived at the level of a miracle. Special thanks to the specialist Alena: at the beginning of the very first session, she explained to me the essence of the technique, carefully treated the symptoms I described, and constantly monitored my condition during the session. At the end of the work, I was given techniques and exercises to prevent the onset of new seizures, for which I am also very grateful.
