This is the first time I have encountered such an unpleasant situation and I absolutely do not recommend this travel agency.
On January 15, we made an advance payment for a tour to Thailand — 507,000 tenge (half the cost). However, on January 17, it turned out that the hotel had not confirmed the availability of seats. The flight was supposed to take place on the night of January 17th to 18th, but I was informed about the lack of confirmation only after I started calling the travel agency myself.
According to the contract, the travel agency was obliged to offer an alternative option, given that we chose a 4-star hotel with a total cost of 1,000,000 tenge. However, the manager offered questionable options — 3-star hotels in the middle of the island and with an additional payment of 200,000 -300,000 tenge, which categorically did not suit us.
On January 17th, I applied for a refund. Today is February 8th, and the money still hasn't been returned. I had to file a pre-trial complaint.
If you do not want to face similar problems and run after your own money, I strongly do not recommend this company.
If this organization had chosen an identical tour for us, we would not have issued a refund.
I never write negative reviews, but this situation is nonsense. I am attaching screenshots of the correspondence as a confirmation.
