I definitely recommend you to visit, it makes an impression. It's only when you look at Tokyo from such a height that you realize the scale of the city. It is better to buy tickets in advance via a trip, especially for sessions during sunsets. They say that you can see Fuji early in the morning, but we were unlucky, although the weather was clear. We were in the morning on weekdays, there were no crowds. Tickets cost about 2000 rubles / adult, 800 rubles /child. Everything is organized clearly, they launch and lift on elevators very quickly. There is a cafe, a gift shop, toilets upstairs, and a photographer works in two decorated locations. The photo costs 800 rubles. There is a Tokyo Solamachi shopping mall at the foot of the tower, where there is a good food court.

An interesting place, a decent observation deck with a view of the city. But it is better to take tickets in advance if you want to get to sunset time. There is a cafe in the tower itself, so it turned out to be expensive and mediocre, I can't recommend it.
