I stayed at this hotel during my working trip to Kazakhstan and was satisfied with the service.
This place is the equivalent of a typical 3 star hotel
The furniture is a bit old, and there are insects
I have no questions about the design of the hotel, it is solely a matter of taste
But the staff is courteous and always ready to solve problems
It is also worth noting separately the very tasty dishes in the hotel restaurant

The hotel is just super😍 the staff are well done, all polite and beautiful. The rooms at the hotel are chic, clean and cozy. I will definitely return to this hotel when I am in Astana and their cuisine is also very tasty
