A beautiful hall, spacious, delicious food, but as usual the problem with the park, the restaurant combines two halls, small and large. Accordingly, when two events are taking place, you can arrive without a car or very early to leave the car and then leave safely.

I stayed at this hotel during my working trip to Kazakhstan and was satisfied with the service.
This place is the equivalent of a typical 3 star hotel
The furniture is a bit old, and there are insects
I have no questions about the design of the hotel, it is solely a matter of taste
But the staff is courteous and always ready to solve problems
It is also worth noting separately the very tasty dishes in the hotel restaurant

I discovered this restaurant for myself. It doesn't seem very presentable from the outside, but inside everything is very nice, clean, and cozy. at the same time, it is modern and a little Kazakh. Excellent beshbarmak, baursaks, chak-chak. Everything is very tasty. The staff is attentive, good and fast service. Even the sarqit was collected :). Which I was very surprised at, I had to take it with me and treat my friends, which I went to after leaving the Tomiris restaurant. That's the marketing ploy.

A terrible hotel, you will not wish on the enemy, it resembles a brothel, Wi-Fi works terribly, hot water had to be drained from 5 to 20 minutes so that it was hot, noise insulation is zero from the word at all - you can hear all the conversations in the corridor, how carpets are vacuumed in the corridor and from neighboring rooms, from Friday to Sunday in the restaurant at the hotel has corporate parties until 5 a.m., there is noise and drunken restaurant guests crawled out into the backyard through the back entrance and belched right under my window. The breakfasts included in the price are primitive and monotonous. When asked to clean the room, the maid complained that it had been less than a week since I checked in, but after my hint to write in the book of reviews, she reluctantly started cleaning. I forgot about the most important thing! The hotel has a paid laundry service. I "successfully" used it. The next day after putting things in the laundry, I approach the reception with a question to pick them up. And they tell me that they have lost them. As a result of 2-3 hours of reflection, the receptionist came to the conclusion that they were accidentally thrown out yesterday, when they came to the hotel to take out the garbage. I have never seen such a bestial and irresponsible attitude before. As a result, they compensated for the cost of new things, while managing to bargain with me (I declared 100 €, they bargained up to 90€ but in tenge). In general, such an experience of staying in this God forgive me "hotel". I quote the words of the receptionist to my statement that she is responsible for everything that happens in the hotel: "I have to sit and count the money, and not look for your underpants and socks around the hotel. Ask who the things were handed over to (I handed them over to the maid, she said she took them to the laundry)"

We checked in at night, it was very cold in the room, called the reception, they told us they would bring a heater now, but they did not bring anything. There is no hot water in the room. It takes 10-12 minutes to turn on the water and wait, and maybe there will be warm water. The breakfast is terrible, it's not clear at all what they have and what they don't have. (You will be offered scrambled eggs and an omelet) To get to breakfast, you need to leave the hotel on the street and walk 50 meters.
For tomorrow, we asked for a refund for another day so that we could check out and book another hotel, but we were also refused :)
Cold. There is no hot water (or you need to wait for the water to go warm for 10 minutes). The breakfasts are terrible.

I do not recommend it!!!!!! It is impossible to live from Friday to Sunday ... corporate parties, weddings, festivities.. The music screams so that the shower partition shakes.. when asked about the time of noise limitation, the staff replied that there is no such thing in Kazakhstan... which is a complete lie!!! we do not recommend life to those who hope to sleep or just have a quiet evening

A chic hotel, accessible entrance, spacious rooms, not smoky, all bedding (bathrobes, etc.) is fresh, the administrator is polite, respectable, explains everything calmly, there is a restaurant nearby, the dishes in the restaurant are honestly good and the portions are huge. And most importantly, it is not expensive and is located along the road. Good luck to you and further developments.
