We are currently on vacation at the TomIlo Guest house. The hostess is very hospitable. Rooms with amenities, large territory, check-in for cars. Large kitchen for self-catering. There is a dining room within walking distance. The sea is 100 meters from the hotel. Shops are nearby. Guided tours in any direction. (Bus, transfer) It's not the first year we've been vacationing in this place. We like everything, we will come again.

We were from 08/01/25 to 08/08/25. Excellent!!!!!! We booked through <url>, but we could also call the hostess directly and save money. Before Tom's arrival, she wrote whether we needed to be met in terms of transfer, care was immediately felt. The rooms are all clean, parking is free, the territory is closed. The contingent is family people with children. The kitchen is shared, there are enough refrigerators and dishes, and everything is clean!!! Ants haven't even been seen, let alone other insects 😁 The beach is 3-5 minutes away!! The beach is pebbly, the entrance to the water is pleasant, there are not many people on the beach!!! The sea is clean and warm!!! There are plenty of cafes, restaurants, canteens, and shops. Cash payment, non-cash payment (transfer via SPB), WORLD card without problems!!) THE PRICES ARE EXCELLENT, Convenient location, lots of excursions are taken almost from home))) I recommend it to everyone who is family-friendly and adequate!!! 👍👍👍

I am updating the review on 04.10.2025. It so happened that we were vacationing with Toma's brother, the guest houses are on the same territory. Our time in Garik's room has come to an end. We agreed with Toma to stay with her for a week.When we checked into the room, my wife asked for towels of different colors, since there are 5 of us.To which we were told no.The room is very damp and the bed is very wet, a few days later they asked to replace the bed linen, to which the answer was:we do not change the bed linen for less than 10 days. Although we were ready to pay for the service, since my wife was pregnant.After that, our preferences were to relax with Garik and Svetlana. Last year, in 2024, we had a rest at Garik's, and it so happened that our children ran in the rain in swimsuits and shorts on the territory of these guest houses.Toma forbade children and adults to be in the territory in swimsuits.Quote:Tell your parents that they will pay the fine for you wearing swimsuits! It seems to me that if my family and I come on vacation, we pay for this service.

We had a vacation with our family in June 2024 at the wonderful Tomilo guest house. We liked everything very much: the room was nice, clean, cozy - we felt at home. The yard is spacious, enclosed, there is a Playground, 2 swings. During this period, there were many vacationers with children, so if you go with a child, then he will not be bored there. The sea is just around the corner. You open the gate and you can see it-it's beautiful! Walking is literally 3 minutes - for us it was one of the main criteria when choosing a place to relax. And there are very few vacationers on the beach, which is also great. In general, it is quiet, calm, as we planned to relax. Thanks to Tamara and Reseda for a wonderful vacation. Next year, if we get together, we will come only to you😊

we have already rested there three times, mostly in September, when there are few children, it is a little quieter and not so hot, the sun is gentle and the sea is warm. The dining room in the hotel is inexpensive and delicious, not delicious, but we don't need it if hunting is inexpensive and good only for them! there is parking for a car. Unfortunately, for personal reasons, we had to move out earlier, Tomachka accepted us as her own, understood our situation, helped with the transfer. As for the guest house itself - this house is very red, closed territory, mostly couples with children come, my child has found many new friends. There is also a dining room on site, a delicious variety of dishes. There is a grocery store not far away. You need to walk past the cemetery for 5 minutes to the sea, but it didn't bother you at all. So I advise everyone to go to Tomilo, I hope next year we will come to you again. A very cool guest house! We had a vacation with our family in June-July 2023. The rooms are spacious and quite spacious, the furniture, shower, toilet are all at the highest level. Wi-Fi connection, plasma TV, well, just like at home.We felt comfortable. An area with a closed parking lot and a playground. It was impossible to drive the youngest child home, as there are a lot of vacationers with children. Separately, I would like to mention the kitchen area, bar and dining room, where you can order delicious food at reasonable prices. 20 days of rest flew by like an instant and all thanks to the comfort that the owners of this guest house create. Over the past three years, I have visited a lot of different guest houses in Abkhazia, but the Tomilo Guest House has surpassed them all.

The terrible Tomilo guest house, until nightfall, guests arrange drinking and singing in the kitchen, which is located under the rooms. It is also stated that there is a kitchen, but it is not stated that the stove does not work in the kitchen, it simply does not heat, if you want to cook pasta, you will wait an hour for them to cook. The hostess Tomara does not care about her guests, enters into conflict for no reason, in general, her business is only to take payment and she is not interested in anything else, constantly sits in her room and does not get out of there. In general, I do not recommend it to anyone, if you are certainly satisfied with this attitude, then decide for yourself.

Everything is fine, I'm shooting a star for cats, there are too many of them and they go everywhere, without restrictions. I think that they should not be in the dining room, and the ironing board is not a bed for a cat. The rooms are spacious, the furniture is almost new, the linen is very good. In the dining room, the food is delicious and not expensive, compared to street cafes. There are gorgeous fruit trees on the territory, a modest playground, a trampoline was broken. The sea is nearby, clean, but it was a little cold in September. It's expensive to get to the sea through the cemetery, it didn't bother me - the road is wide and the cemetery is well maintained.

We rested at the Tomilo on primorskaya ulitsa 16 guest house, we liked everything!!!! The sea is nearby , the owners are very hospitable , we ordered food from them , everything is very tasty!!! It will be very comfortable with children there, there are swings and a frame pool in the yard , all this is not far from the summer veranda.

We have just returned from Abkhazia, from the village of Alakhadzy. We rested in the guest house of Tomilo. I liked everything! All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, large flat-screen TVs and private bathrooms. Good sound insulation, which is important with an abundance of guests. Wonderful people meet the guests: Tom, Svetlana and Garik. They are very friendly and hospitable. There is a shared kitchen where you can cook or eat whatever is cooked in the house. The food is very tasty, everything is fresh (because it is cooked every day), the prices are quite affordable, and the portions are large. The location is great! 5 minutes and you're on the beach, where there are very few people. The house has a large green fenced area with fruit trees. We were in the fig season, Garik picked it every day and treated everyone. It is a great place for guests with children, children have a place to play and run, there is good shade from the trees and you don't have to worry that the children will overheat. In general, I recommend it to those who are looking for a relaxing holiday, a warm sea with a sparsely populated beach and a warm welcome. I didn't want to leave.

We rested here at 21m or 22m, everything is cool, the Pitsundo is very tasty, I used almost everything))) excellent wine, very tasty food (trout just fall off your head), if you are lazy yourself, the owners are super. We had a rest in August 2019. Great place! Wonderful hosts Tom, Ilona, Garik and Svetlana are hospitable and kind, as if they came to visit relatives. And they were warmly welcomed and escorted off as dear guests. Thank them very much. I would like to mention the chef Svetlana separately, she cooks just awesome - delicious, homemade, we were always full! She also asked us what we wanted to eat!!! I have never seen such a service. I heartily recommend staying at the Tomilo Guest House on Primorskaya. You won't regret it!) And I will definitely come back to them!! If to Abkhazia, then only to these wonderful people!
