Nice hotel, spacious rooms. There are drinks and snacks in the fridge. Paid, but no need to run to the store. The din likes everything. The only thing is, the audibility is great. Next to the banquet hall, we sang along in karaoke)) they're there, and we're in the room)

The location of the Tomiris hotel is very convenient. The area is beautiful. The hotel itself is nice. But it falls short of 4 stars. We can safely say 3 stars. The positive thing is, it's clean, cozy, the administrators and staff are polite and hospitable. The bed is darned, there are holes, but it's clean. The breakfasts are not a buffet, but a 4-choice offer, delicious but boring. Overall, I liked it

I stayed at this hotel during my working trip to Kazakhstan and was satisfied with the service. Disgusting. There was zero noise insulation, and the couple in the next room was too loud, but I personally wanted to sleep, not listen to IT. We also heard a girl coughing in FOUR ROOMS from ours.. Everything is heard VERBATIM, I didn't even think it was that much. The staff left much to be desired, everyone was as strange as possible, especially the woman in the restaurant who yelled at us. There is no drinking water in the room, we were offered to run from the third floor to the first floor with glasses, but in the end we did not drink.. I would have given you zero stars if I had the chance!!☺️

Awful. The rooms are dirty, the renovation and layout of the USSR. The walls are made of cardboard, you can hear absolutely everything that happens in the hotel. The service is generally silent. There is no drinking water in the rooms! There is only a cooler on the ground floor. When asked why there was no water, the receptionist replied, "Take a mug and go down to the cooler." The neighbors can be heard talking in a low voice. You'll be lucky if there are no couples in the rooms nearby, because you can hear everything that happens in their bed.…

disgusting! We only lived for two days, but we spent a lot of nerves! First of all, the rooms were not properly cleaned while we were away, the maid closed the window, moved the mug from the window, threw my T-shirt off the chair onto the floor and threw out the trash. THANKS FOR THAT TOO! Secondly, we had one dinner and breakfast included, we decided to have lunch instead of dinner, we were informed that we could not pay for lunch, as if instead of dinner. We ordered food, we were sitting eating, a woman came up to us with a bill (we didn't ask to count it) and anxiously said, "How will you pay?", I said that we were still eating and would pay later, to which they were rude and started yelling that they would sort it out now!! Also, while we were making an order, this woman was running around the room and shouting our order, which I think is completely UNPRESENTABLE!!! While we were still eating, they brought us cold, half-eaten buns from the banquet that had just ended, and said it was a COMPLIMENT FROM THE CHEF!! What a disrespect!! Plus, there is no drinking water in the rooms and the audibility is SO strong that you can hear ALL the details of the private lives of the couples in the neighboring rooms!!! IT'S IMPOSSIBLE TO SLEEP!!!!

I do not recommend it!!!!!! It is impossible to live from Friday to Sunday ... corporate parties, weddings, festivities.. The music screams so that the shower partition shakes.. when asked about the time of noise limitation, the staff replied that there is no such thing in Kazakhstan... which is a complete lie!!! we do not recommend life to those who hope to sleep or just have a quiet evening

I discovered this restaurant for myself. It doesn't seem very presentable from the outside, but inside everything is very nice, clean, and cozy. at the same time, it is modern and a little Kazakh. Excellent beshbarmak, baursaks, chak-chak. Everything is very tasty. The staff is attentive, good and fast service. Even the sarqit was collected :). Which I was very surprised at, I had to take it with me and treat my friends, which I went to after leaving the Tomiris restaurant. That's the marketing ploy.
