Mixed impressions: I had an MRI scan, I liked everything, politely, clearly, quickly! That's why I chose this center for another specialist's next visit. I came to the center to visit a mammologist-oncologist and was surprised and upset by how the doctor behaved and how she talked to me. A week before the appointment, I did an ultrasound, and on the appointed day I arrived for an initial appointment with a mammologist oncologist for a consultation. Unfortunately, I am not a doctor, I did not know what to do ultrasound at this initial appointment with this doctor, so when I signed up, I said that I had an ultrasound a week ago and there was no need for an ultrasound. To which they replied, yes, it was good and they made an appointment, but at the reception the doctor scolded me that I only made an appointment for a consultation without an ultrasound. In my understanding, if this is prohibited, then I should have been refused immediately during the recording and told that the initial appointment was only with ultrasound, if not satisfied, then I'm sorry. Or the doctor could offer to do an ultrasound in the office during the appointment and notify about the additional payment. That's what I expected, it's often done in other centers.

Dislike these snobs. The MRI may be good, but there is ZERO customer orientation... The clerks on the record behaved as badly as possible. I came from Polotsk specifically to Minsk, paid for the hotel in advance. They sent me a confirmation message on Viber the night before, while I was on my way. Of course, I didn't read it while driving. After receiving no response, they cancelled the recording. When I got to the hotel, I unsubscribed and called. But they only expressed their ridiculous regrets... Like, instructions, procedures. There's nothing we can do... In general, I will not address these hoochers anymore. Fortunately, there are courteous competitors. And I also recommended them to my friends earlier. Now I don't recommend it... if it were possible to put zero or minus one, then I would put minus one.

Advantages: doctors' qualifications. Cons: service. Injections were prescribed, but injections can only be given from them, you can not take a referral for a clinic. The doctor "forgot" to specify the medicine in the prescription, so I had to return from the pharmacy. On the other hand, despite the fact that the doctor said that everything was fine, she prescribed a bunch of dietary supplements that need to be bought at the Green Pharmacy in the department store "Belarus". A complete divorce for money. 2 out of 5 supplements (lycomast and masto guard) generally have exactly the same composition and must be taken at the same time. Why do I need to assign 2 identical cans with different names?The active ingredient in them is obtained from tomatoes. And they also contain vitamins, including vitamin A, which is contraindicated for pregnant women and those planning pregnancy. I told the doctor that I was planning a pregnancy. That is, these appointments could still do harm. Conclusion: ultrasound can be done from this specialist, but do not take a consultation in any case. Not only will you get a divorce for money, but you can also hurt yourself.

Consultation of Kanunnikova Maria Viktorovna "neurologist" 30 minutes-60p waiting 15 minutes, although the administrator warned about 5 minutes. Well, okay, you can wait, especially a good center, for sure, and the doctors are very qualified, I thought, but my thoughts disappeared after I entered the office. It feels like I'm a psychologist, I came to Kanunnikova-this is a patient, to consult. A nightmare, the doctor was only worried about her mental state and she just needed to be listened to, for someone else's money!!! I am outraged. It's not my problem that you have problems with records and your dramas at work and it's not very professional and at least not nice to discuss your clients with other clients. I came to get a clear, competent consultation, and not this bazaar that was..deal with this issue, otherwise you will not have new regular customers, you will definitely not have me anymore...
