Hello! Today, on 10/23/2025, I visited the Tomography Center at 13 Revolutsionnaya str., Minsk. She underwent a course procedure for CT of the thoracic spine (2 visits out of 10). Nurse Lilia Gennadievna Krischenovich (I learned the data from the administrator of the center) after the procedure, she forgot that I needed to come up to me and remove the installed device from my back. The procedure ended, a beep sounded, and no one approached me. A minute passed and the nurse went to remove the needles for another patient. I waited for her to be free, however, and after the other patient packed up and left, they didn't come up to me. After that, I called the nurse, informing her that the machine had already turned off. They didn't answer me. Then I waited again for someone to remember me, but it didn't happen, I called a second time, there was no answer. Then she waited for a while longer, then got up, carefully removed the device from her back, got dressed and left the treatment room. At that moment, a nurse appeared. I complained to her about the situation. She said it was fine. At the reception, when I left an entry in the book of comments and suggestions, in the presence of the head, L.G. Krischenovich apologized, saying that everything was fine, that she simply forgot to set the timer, did not keep track of the time, did not hear the sound signal of the disconnected device, the fact that I called her twice with a time interval also I didn't hear it. She said that after the procedure I had the opportunity to lie down and rest. This justified her inattentiveness to work. After the device is turned off, lying naked to the waist for 10 minutes is uncomfortable (cold). The nurse just doesn't think about it. Very unpleasant. I consider inattentive and neglectful attitude to work unacceptable. I do not recommend visiting this employee. I am attaching receipts from the center to this message.

Dislike these snobs. The MRI may be good, but there is ZERO customer orientation... The clerks on the record behaved as badly as possible. I came from Polotsk specifically to Minsk, paid for the hotel in advance. They sent me a confirmation message on Viber the night before, while I was on my way. Of course, I didn't read it while driving. After receiving no response, they cancelled the recording. When I got to the hotel, I unsubscribed and called. But they only expressed their ridiculous regrets... Like, instructions, procedures. There's nothing we can do... In general, I will not address these hoochers anymore. I came to the center to visit a mammologist-oncologist and was surprised and upset by how the doctor behaved and how she talked to me. A week before the appointment, I did an ultrasound, and on the appointed day I arrived for an initial appointment with a mammologist oncologist for a consultation. Unfortunately, I am not a doctor, I did not know what to do ultrasound at this initial appointment with this doctor, so when I signed up, I said that I had an ultrasound a week ago and there was no need for an ultrasound. To which they replied, yes, it was good and they made an appointment, but at the reception the doctor scolded me that I only made an appointment for a consultation without an ultrasound. In my understanding, if this is prohibited, then I should have been refused immediately during the recording and told that the initial appointment was only with ultrasound, if not satisfied, then I'm sorry. Or the doctor could offer to do an ultrasound in the office during the appointment and notify about the additional payment. That's what I expected, it's often done in other centers.
