To say that the service is not worth saying anything, starting with the lady at the reception and ending with the neurologist. Maybe it's time to start hiring doctors with medical education, rather than with a certificate from the Internet? The treatment was prescribed as superficially as possible, they asked for a referral for an MRI scan, she said that we would not see anything there and there were no indications. I do not recommend this center from the word at all

I visited this medical center twice. It was very important to resolve the issue as soon as possible, so I did not read the reviews very carefully, but it's a pity.
A very busy receptionist will meet you at the reception. If, of course, he deigns to pay attention to you in time.
Be prepared that, after taking your passport, the administrator will lick his hands at least twice for the convenience of turning pages. It is already a clear indicator of the level of solidity of the institution. It turns out that all the information in the passport, which is so diligently checked, is not enough to find out which doctor and for what time you are registered. And it's unlikely to go any further if you don't remember exactly who you signed up for.
When planning your day, keep in mind that the appointment time may be delayed. And the administrator will put you in front of the fact "you need to let a woman pass, she urgently needs to run to the train, wait a bit." And eventually he will forget about your existence.
Be careful when you take away the doctors' conclusions. Perhaps the doctor had nothing to do with it. But the nurse (his assistant), who enters data into an electronic medical record, may be very unsure of how to use a computer and the rules of the Russian language. It won't be boring. Together you can search for where the "+" is on the keyboard and find out how the word "scaliosis" is written. I recommend carefully re-reading the conclusions that you are given, so that at least in such banal diagnoses there are no errors, not to mention the adequate declension of cases throughout the text.
If suddenly you have your own X-rays and you are able to thoughtfully take them upside down in a mirror position, read the conclusions of your MRI and rengt scans, where it is written in black and white "scoliosis. lordoz.", I think you are able to prescribe treatment for yourself in the form of vague words about visiting the pool, massage twice a year and physical therapy, instead of a meaningless REPEATED consultation for 60 rubles from a candidate of medical sciences. Especially considering that a specific explanation and solution to a completely different problem has not been proposed
Individually, each of the problems, in principle, is not such a big tragedy. Collectively.... The impression of the medical center is spoiled. I wouldn't say "I don't recommend it." Rather, she would dissuade me from visiting this place with special diligence.

P.S. On the second visit (03.06), a girl sat at the reception who processed each client for 10 minutes. After visiting the doctor, I also stood at the reception for 10 minutes just to pay. This is unacceptable for a clinic of this level (I have been to a CT scan many times, an excellent clinic), therefore only 4 stars.

Today I was at a reception with Yevgeny Richardovich Mikhnovich. A more insensitive person needs to be searched for. The doctor "poked" and answered questions rudely without much pleasure. She left the reception in tears and with trembling hands. The administrators did not try to solve the problem and smooth out the corners in any way.

On September 22, I turned to your medical center for advice to an orthopedic traumatologist of the highest category, associate professor, Candidate of Medical Sciences Mikhnovich E.R.
After consultation, on the recommendation of a doctor, I signed up for an X-ray and ultrasound, where they clarified to me that I must have a referral or a doctor's opinion. I began to look at my conclusion and only then noticed that the doctor's signature was there, but the doctor did not put his seal... and without the doctor's seal, I probably could write such a conclusion myself ... besides, the date "22. 06. 2022" was on the doctor's "advisory opinion" (I was mistaken, just for three months)…
I went back to the medical center, to the administrator, so that the doctor would put his seal on my conclusion. The receptionist said that he had a reception today and could be picked up in the evening.
Imagine my surprise when in the evening the administrator informed me that today the doctor came to the appointment WITHOUT a SEAL ... he forgot …
And — I was offered to drive up to him myself, either to the hospital or to the polyclinic where he works, and there he will put a seal on his conclusion …
There is no limit to my indignation!
I paid 60 rubles for the consultation and now I also have to "look for" a doctor and go after him and ask him to put a seal on his conclusion, and all just because the doctor forgot the seal when he went to see patients …
In my opinion, this is a complete disregard for the patient ... and everything looks so parochial, despite the titles and regalia of the doctor, that just "no comment" …
The doctor forgot the doctor's seal... I don't think he (or the medical center) would like it if the patient forgot to pay …
I know for sure that I will never want to visit your medical center again, at least on my own.
And I will never advise others!!
Ruined the mood …
