We celebrated a holiday there. There were elderly women visiting, they asked for tea. But the staff does not know how to cook real Kazakh tea, they bring small kettles without milk. It was extremely uncomfortable in front of the guests. I think it is necessary to take into account the administration of the cafe such moments. And so in general it is delicious, not expensive.

A restaurant with a light atmosphere for, say, a toy. It's too noisy for a normal get-together with friends. The kitchen is not bad, the staff are polite and professional. There was a kitty here who eats leftovers, she lifted my mood then, so automatically 5 stars. I love cats.

I ordered three servings of antricote to take away. The receptionist insisted that he pay in advance. He specified how much a portion of meat is at the exit, they said 350 grams. They called back 30 minutes later, the waiter brought out three portions in styrofoam containers wrapped in plastic wrap. At home, I opened the first container there is one piece of medium-sized meat. I weighed the portions on the kitchen scales - 270/250/220 gr. together with the container. I took it back, two portions, since I opened the first one. They said they would report, and suggested waiting. They called back half an hour later, came over for a barbecue. Barbecue at the entrance of the guard...(it's good not to be outside on the fence)... The administrator did not come out, there was no apology or explanation. After going outside, I called the administrator back myself, asked why they didn't come out to me, to which they replied "I was busy." I do not know what the administrator is doing, whose duties are to solve such issues. To comment on how it happened that I was sold 200 grams of meat for 2400 tenge, I did not consider it necessary, I replied, "what will I do. A new kebab shop, hasn't got into a rut yet.".. Despite the fact that there is a specific underweight in all portions, and in fact I was sold two portions packaged in three boxes.
To be fair, it's worth noting that I ordered kebabs there all the time, and everything was fine before. Draw your own conclusions.
