Товар сломался не проработав 5 минут .забрали в ремонт. Через полтора месяца сказали что потерялся На такой же не поменяли. Так как подорожал. Деньги отдали, но не сразу, в кассе не было налички. Очень жаль что такое отношение. Не советую этот магазин

Не магазин, а сборище необразованных сотрудников, не имеющих профессионального опыта в работе продавца ! Что уж тут говорить они даже не разбираются в том что продают, даже не разбираются как инструмент работает, меня это очень сильно удивило!!! Продают бракованный инструмент, в последующем отказывают в возврате, аргументируя это все тем что инструмент исправен, хотя они его в большинстве случаев даже не разбирают

Это не сервис.Таких сервисмэнов везде хватает.Мало того что знать не знают за тех.обслуживание инструмента так и вообще понятия не имеют что такое инструмент в целом.Обманывают народ и строят из себя профессионалов.За магазин не знаю но,сервис не рекомендую.Обходите дворами тех которые портят ваш инструмент и наживаются за ваш счёт!
