The worst cargo I've ever worked with, they respond to a telegram message whenever they want, especially for calls, they lose orders, it takes from 2 to 7 days, in reality it takes at least 10 days at best, they constantly lose parcels, send them to other cities, every time I ask about a parcel they answer when they arrive or tomorrow or the next flight, every time there is such an excuse, and it turns out that you have to wait for weeks.

Terrible cargo company. Clients are completely ignored — they don't respond to messages at all. The service is just at zero. Instead of helping us normally, they throw us into some stupid bot that doesn't work and is just wasting our time. It feels like they don't give a damn about customers and their orders at all. I advise no one to contact this office. Respect is zero!!!!!
