The locker room smells damp, because there is also a toilet and a shower room in which the hoods apparently do not work and the dampness goes to the locker room.

That's a three for me. There are not enough exercise machines, no air conditioners, and it's often a mess: pancakes and dumbbells are scattered, and so on. However, the price is not high and the administrators are pleasant.
