Cultural communication. After ordering, the arches were supposed to arrive the next day, I'm typing, they say the sweepers forgot to put them in, unfortunately, this sometimes happens and there's nothing you can do about it, on the day they were supposed to arrive, I was informed that the arches that I ordered by phone with an employee of this organization do not exist and are folded naturally, there are none and no one will bring them.
The person I was talking to was quite mobile and polite, so we came to komparis and ordered me other arches that were more expensive, but not significantly.
The arches did not arrive a day later, as promised, but two days later and coincided with the exit, they could not be picked up because I was out of town and warned that I would pick them up on Monday.(I was warned that I need to dial in advance and find out if there will be a person in the warehouse )
Result
The arches were bought elsewhere and very quickly
I was fooled by the people I left the car with.
A week later, they started digesting
I do not recommend contacting this organization.
