Terrible attitude! We signed up for a haircut with master Elena, after waiting in line, she refused to cut our hair, the child is 3 years old, before that we had a haircut with master Victoria, we never had any problems! Another master offered to cut the child's hair, but on condition that I did not write in the complaint book, and since I wrote, good luck! THE HORROR!!!!
