I want to share my negative experience of visiting this car service. When changing the oil and oil filter in my car for 4!!! The staff indicated the cost of 350 GEL per liter of oil with one filter!!! And this is despite the fact that the replacement is free! The cost of their oil is 2-3 times higher than the market price! They did not provide a checklist with prices before work, and after the oil change they issued an invoice without explaining the cost of the components. I was not offered different oil options, and they were filled in at their discretion without specifying whether it was suitable for my car model. After my questions about the price, the staff became aggressive, saying that "these are our rules."

At first, everything was cultural: I signed up, came for a diagnosis, and was bothered by a strange sound that occasionally appeared. I handed over the keys and went to work, after which they wrote that the problem was in the circuit. This confused me, since the circuit was changed 15k km ago. Later, when I opened the lid. The chain was stretched perfectly, the sound was coming from the clutch, as I had previously assumed. I tried to resolve the issue with the management, which was incompetently diagnosed, to which I received the answer: "all our masters are professionals, there are no students." When talking to Vadim, he could not give a single argument that the chain was knocking, and after that, when he got into the problem, he clapped his eyes and spread his hands. Therefore, I confirm that unnecessary work is being imposed by underprofessionals, they do not respond adequately to comments and do not know how to admit their mistakes, they justify themselves everywhere by the machinations of competitors and it is impossible to achieve anything when problems arise! I highly do not recommend this service, especially if you do not understand how everything works under the hood.

They're obviously custom-made! And now, according to my experience, After buying a car, a lot was needed (replacement of oil caps, belts, gaskets, and other things). I handed over the car on Tuesday morning. They told me to focus on Thursday. On Thursday, I called at 20:00 From the number I left - they don't pick up the phone. I called with the second SIM card, and they immediately took it. They said that the procedure was complicated and would be done all weekend. I said that I would come now to see the progress. Manager Vadim said it was late today, they were closed and he wasn't there, but he would arrive in 30 minutes. I arrived, another manager was on site, he called Vadim, and asked me to wait. Then he walked away and disappeared. I waited for 15 minutes, then I just went to the workshop myself. The door is closed. I knocked, but they wouldn't open. I looked through the gap in the gate and saw that both Vadim and the second manager were in the workshop, and my car was on the lift. I called Vadim again and said don't run away from me, open the doors. He walked over to the car. The protection is removed, a hydraulic rod is inserted under the crankcase, which supposedly holds the engine. I say, let's lower the car. We can't, you see, the engine is out. I say don't give me any bullshit, I can see that the engine airbags haven't been removed. Remove and lower it. As a result, the engine was not even touched, all the "work" was done immediately after my call. I started making ridiculous excuses that I didn't have enough people and so on. But why blatantly lie to my face and name unrealistic deadlines, hide, arrange a theater - no one explained to me. I took the car. Don't waste your time and nerves on this "service".

They were very intrusive and rude about cutting discs, arguing with me rudely and incorrectly, proving what an effective service! Well, what an apotheosis - a day later the oil plug couldn't stand it and the oil spilled right on the perekoestke! I DON'T RECOMMEND IT.

He took my car for repair (it wouldn't start and came in a tow truck) and gave it to Vadim. When he gave my car to me, I was told that he had "diagnosed a break in the chain of the gas pump, which he eliminated and for which I owe him 120 GEL," when I asked him to clearly show me where this chain break occurred and why it was so expensive, he said - okay, pay 70 GEL (as if we were on I insisted that I be shown the work done with my car, in the end he said that there was nothing to pay – I just charged the dead battery! That is, he immediately wanted to trick me out of 120 GEL, and when it did not work out, he began to "bargain". Also, a dipstick was missing in my car, which may have been broken or stolen at the service station, but they told me that it was not there! In addition, during the quarrel, he grabbed my arm, causing me pain and a slight bruise. Of course, I turned to the Georgian police, where measures should be taken against Vadim, but I don't want anyone to experience the time, nerves, and health I spent on this "Miracle Service" and the negative emotions I received! and the funniest thing is that they kept telling me, like clockwork, that you were sent by competitors! And in all the negative reviews, they see the machinations of competitors! Do not be fooled by good reviews, most likely inflated, bought... I will not advise anyone, not even the enemy, I will not wish that negativity, moral humiliation and wasted money on a tow truck and a new probe in this service!

I watched through the window as they changed the oil and looked at the suspension - a very pleasant level of service At the end of the work, the master said that it was time to change the pads (and explained why ) and that the tips of the rear rods of the front suspension also end (and showed where). everything was done on time and with a smile! I am very satisfied with the service, I recommend it! PS It's always interesting to read negative reviews. I personally have not met with any of the above - no one has "sniffed" anything, no divorces and so on - on the contrary, a great attitude. I'm not a bot, my 5 stars are real =) As soon as I get ready to change the pads, I'll definitely come to the guys again
