We took a speedboat tour for the company for a day. Adequate attitude, reasonable price. However, we forgot the documents and money in the bag in the car (the Thai driver) and mentally said goodbye (according to experience, no one finds anything here in such cases), we came to our senses only a day later. We dialed into the toptrip - and lo and behold - after 2 hours they brought everything to us! We thanked the driver. This is the first time such an adequate attitude has been shown in Thailand. Anyone who has encountered it will understand..

We ordered a tour from Denis, I believe this is the curator. A courier with the documents for the tour was supposed to arrive at the specified time. The courier was delayed somewhere, the meeting was postponed to the evening, Denis himself was supposed to arrive in the evening. He called and said he was on his way. As a result, they waited for him for an hour, when they decided to dial him and find out where he was, the phone turned off, and there was no answer in the whatsapp. We were extremely dissatisfied with this unreliable company. I do not recommend using the services of top trip phuket
