I came to get a haircut, I was with you for the first time, I expected good quality service (I think according to the concept of the franchise, this was supposed to be), but unfortunately the miracle did not happen. It was a weekday, and they met us very sluggishly, as if they weren't happy that a client had come to them by appointment. There was nowhere to leave a personal item (a bag, for example), so I had to put it on the entrance sofa. The master invited me to a chair. During the haircut process, I discovered that sanitation was not very good here- there was hair everywhere, on the floor, on the table, on work tools, a lot of dust (I understand that I came to a place where they cut hair, but it feels like they are generally poorly cleaned, perhaps this has become the norm for this place). The interior was once fresh, but it has already managed to wear out, in some places it has worn out quite a bit. As a result, it felt like I came to get a haircut at an ordinary barbershop, the cost of the haircut was 2 times cheaper, although I paid 40p according to the price list. You will need to consider whether it is worth coming to you for a haircut again in the future.
