I bought shoes at the store. A week later, the comma broke up. I applied to the store for a refund. The seller Evgeny began to convince me that this was not a manufacturing defect, but a careless shoe sock. He offered repairs at the expense of the store. He was persistent in his desire not to accept a refund. He refused to apply for a refund, said that they did not need it. I said that the probability of my money being refunded is very low. As a result, I accepted the shoes (by signing the receipt). He said he would call back within 7 days. But no one called. I called the store myself. The girl replied that she did not know about my situation, since there was no statement. But the next day she called back and said that I could come and get my money back. Conclusion - I do not recommend this store. A lot of time and nerves have been spent on solving a simple question.
