We stayed at this hotel in January, and came to Antalya for the holidays. We had a 2-room room. The hotel has an elevator, parking, and a canteen where Turkish breakfast was served every morning. The hotel is located far from the main attractions, but on foot, 20-30 minutes, walked every day. There are many public transport stops nearby, and you can take the skytrain.
We came with a small dog, they let us in without any problems, but we charged a small fee, as in many places.

Now about the good, excellent staff, we met halfway and gave the opportunity to choose a room, after persuasion we agreed to give out a playpen. We helped with my things in the morning. Strangely enough, we liked the breakfast, despite the fact that it is in Turkey.

I don't recommend it to anyone!!! The owner will cheat. 💯A very bad place. A former employee in Germany, the owner, will charge you for every little request. 🔥There is no hot water at all because they use the solar system, so if it rains, there is no water at all.
🔥 No noise insulation, you will literally even hear a yawn. Very far from everything, and especially from public transport. 🔥The breakfast is not fresh. Updates from yesterday. I don't recommend this place.

I really liked the hotel. despite the apparent distance from the center, it is very well located, especially for travelers who think over the route on their own. Excellent interior, renovation , the guys speak all languages, keep dogs. The house is located in a very quiet area, the only drawback is the need to walk about 10 minutes to larger transport interchanges, but the Turkish government is already solving this problem)

The rooms are very dirty. It's high time for the hotel to be renovated. The walls are shabby, a kind of student dormitory. The food is of normal quality, but almost all the dishes are chipped (broken), dirty.
The staff is a separate story - it's terrible! Arrogant, lying louts.
We booked for 5 nights, moved out after the 1st night, as it is unrealistic to live in such a place.

Very bad location. A residential area, in order to reach civilization, you have to try. Three-course breakfasts, the same thing, the choice is very meager. The room is nice, large, balcony, plumbing is very old and in poor condition, the room has not been cleaned in six days, only the garbage was taken out. They didn't even change the foot towel.

The hotel itself is located in a residential area of Antalya, quite quiet. It is far from the main places visited by tourists. It takes 25-30 minutes to walk to the old town, but you will have to walk along not very beautiful streets, and public transport does not go there. The hotel provides quite high-quality services for the advertised price. Breakfast is standard Turkish. If you don't usually eat borscht or cutlets in the morning, then it's enough. I haven't seen the children's menu. The room is clean, daily cleaning, towels are changed. The staff is polite and friendly.

The main problem is bed bugs. I have a terrible allergy to them, and in general it is very unpleasant. We can also note the rude staff, not a hearty breakfast (both we and other visitors brought additional products from the store for breakfast), strong audibility between the rooms and everything needs to be repaired.

The hotel is good, it's worth the money, everything is clean and tidy.
On the plus side, polite staff, cleanliness in the rooms, silence outside the window, tea and water for free at any time of the day. For some, it will be a plus that it is possible with dogs, for me it is a minus.
Among the disadvantages, meager and monotonous breakfasts, in some rooms there is no noise insulation, 2 km from the center,
The owner is a pleasant and sociable person, you can always negotiate with him (if you know Turkish or German).
