We were on business. We needed a hotel from which we could walk to the Cambridge exam center. There is a 4* nearby, but everything was bought there for August. We went to Torgai and had no regrets. Firstly, as soon as I received the booking confirmation, I wrote to them, they promptly respond to e-mails (unlike the 4* hotel, to which I wrote a couple of letters about the reservation, they did not respond to any). So: The hotel is small, but cozy and homely, excellent friendly staff, always ready to help. The location itself is not far from the center - it takes 15 minutes to get to the main attractions by taxi. Our room was not a standard one, but a two-room one -bedroom and a living room. The room has everything you need: tea corner - electric kettle, cups, bottled water, tea, Mini fridge, slippers, bathrobes. We asked for a room with two separate beds, but there was no such thing, so we made a second bed on a folding sofa in the living room. The bathroom is large. A comfortable, spacious shower cabin. What made me happy was the mosquito nets on the windows, I don't like insects))). There is a comfortable mattress on the bed in the bedroom, there are spotlights. There are plenty of sockets, which is even better, they are in convenient places for charging devices. Important: the hotel has excellent and stable Wi-Fi, it also works in the bar, about it below. The windows faced a large street, there was constant movement, it was a little noisy, but we were used to this, it didn't bother. There was air conditioning in the living room, but it wasn't hot, so they didn't use it. There are coolers in the corridors on the floors, as well as an ironing board with an iron, which is convenient. I also asked them to arrange a transfer from the airport and then back, and they helped. I must say, breakfast was included, but everything is more than modest, although you won't stay hungry. You can order scrambled eggs, they will cook. I would like to say separately that they have a bar in the same building on the ground floor, 10% discount for vacationers at the hotel, we had lunch there - there is a business lunch, they give it away tasty and fast, and we also had dinner sometimes, which is also delicious. In the evening, this bar is popular- it is often a full landing, which means a good place 👍 Total: I recommend the HOTEL, especially in terms of price-quality ratio and attitude towards guests! By the way, this hotel is on the list of hotels recommended by the Cambridge website to accommodate people taking the Cambridge exams in Astana.

Well, sooooo liked it.Excellent staff, very friendly.All issues are resolved instantly.A comfortable bed.A sea of sockets.The cleanest bathroom,has all the necessary accessories /bathrobes,towels, etc./Extra blanket for the cold.It's a very pretty room.Silence, sound insulation at a height.I'm only on the first day, and I'll write more later. An excellent budget segment hotel, responsive staff (cleaners, receptionists), there is water and tea, the air conditioner is working properly, the bed is comfortable. You can take buses anywhere from the location, there is a shopping center, shops, a market and banks nearby. Of the cons: high audibility, may be unlucky with neighbors who decide not to sleep at night.
