I want to share my sad experience of buying equipment from Papillons Bel LLC. On April 25, 2024, we purchased a Volk 1601 large format printer (PG i3200). Papillons Bel provided the contacts of three engineers who can install this equipment. We chose an engineer who promptly arrived at the installation. The installation is paid. This printer did not start, there was a problem with PG. It was not possible to come to a good agreement with Papilons Bel, the issue was resolved through a written claim. Somehow they knocked out the PG, they took it themselves in Moscow. The head was installed by an engineer, the printer started printing, but with problems. The problem deteriorated and after three months it became impossible to print on this equipment, they wrote a claim to Papillons Bel again. In response to the claim, I received an invoice for equipment diagnostics (warranty equipment), the cost of diagnostics is 1600 rubles. They did not agree with the paid diagnosis, a week later Papillons Bel sent us an engineer for free. The engineer found that it was necessary to replace the PG control board. To this day, papilons Bel feeds breakfast. Today they reported that only information (it is unclear what) they will have no earlier than mid-October. Conclusion: Volk 1601 (PG i3200) is not a printer, it's a scrap. I do not recommend purchasing equipment from this organization. Next, we will go to Court.
