They don't know how to cook at all. You rarely get to a delicious ready-made dish. There are only a couple of delicious salads. Everything is often cut roughly and very coarsely. Confectionery is also far from perfect, sometimes it is simply impossible to eat them. We bought a cake once and had to just throw it away, it feels like they don't try what they cook themselves, or they try very rarely.
