The building itself is architecturally like someone's unsuccessful angular graduation project. As for the 90s, it was a good level..but now, ..they could have rebuilt it, it looks too bulky and ridiculous at such a busy intersection. I hope in the future something more modern and spacious will appear in this place, in the likeness of the "City Center" in Lugansk.

I don't know who owns this mall, but its appearance leaves much to be desired. Advertisements reminiscent of the 90s do not decorate the building, making it less attractive. This spoils the overall impression of the city.
