The plumbing still hasn't turned on the heating. Today is November 13th. Indoors, it's +5, + 7 degrees! There are many tenants, but nothing is being done to insulate the building. There are places where the windows have been replaced, but most of the windows are old from the time the building was built. There are a lot of cracks. Last year, the heating was turned on immediately after the November holidays, as there were frosts. And now, apparently, they are waiting for sub-zero temperatures, which will be on the weekend. Apparently, only the subzero temperature and the danger of defrosting the heating system will move them to something. We and our neighbors have all been sick here.
