I've been watching the studio for a long time. Everything is very beautiful in instagram. I signed up for coloring spontaneously. There was a discount window. I explained to the master that there was a complex coloring before using the airtouch technique and, in general, my wishes. The master was inclined exclusively to this technique of coloring. The main argument was the phrase: it's more convenient for me.
Most likely, it just doesn't work in another technique.
Of course, there have been many comments about the quality of my hair, although I am not new to this issue and I have expensive and high-quality care and I know perfectly well that my hair is in excellent condition and even more unpainted.
As a result, the canvas was simply lightened, since the discolored strands were small and frequent. And the lightening background is yellow, again with reference to the quality of the hair, although I'm sure the master was just afraid. And even though we discussed for a long time what I would like, I still didn't get it as a result. The master was a 100% beginner, as it was felt by her movements, she did everything uncertainly.
I'm a non-confrontational person, I didn't really argue, I paid even more than was required in the end, because the girl was very young and she tried her best. She silently took it for granted. So they went their separate ways
The coffee was disgusting too, just coffee water. I work with the premium segment myself and I know perfectly well what the attitude towards the client should be.

if someone thinks that maybe I have the wrong care or weak hair for this, no, I was in the blonde 2 years one master, and the hair never broken off right up to the root, always grow and was in adequate condition
here, even given the fact that after 14 days I did keratin (it also did for two years, it's not because of him)), a few days later I saw in my head, exactly in the same zone where did the contouring - an enormous amount of broken hair and the tree on this part of the hair, it was noticed by many, this has never happened before

now all that hair you have to try a sleek different oils to try to grow, can't imagine what it would be if I made a total blonde, just minus the hair

The last time I got to the "top master" Chris, who, after holding the test for 50 minutes, said that the hair was terrible and falling apart. She suggested gentle coloring or nothing. The result is so disgusting that I'm going to repaint it all. The question is, why record people who have overgrown roots for complex dyeing, if half of the masters simply do not know how to dye such hair.

It's a horror... I've been to this salon twice: and twice I came with the same request- complex coloring with tinting. The first time I was served by Master Taya. The master refused to dye under the pretext that the quality of the hair was poor, and after the test strand, she said that the hair would fall off, but offered an alternative- coloring the Roots, "clean up" the color and tint.. to which I agreed, it turned out really well, but I was not satisfied, because the request was initially completely different. The master also stated that in about six months it would be possible to do complex coloring, and it was for this reason that I signed up for the same salon six months later to master Chris. I signed up a MONTH in advance, arrived at 6 p.m., my request was exactly the same as last time, and what do you think? The master said the same thing, that the hair was in very poor condition and she would not even take it on receipt, because she was "afraid for her reputation." My hair is thick and long, so it doesn't take 2 or even 3 hours of work (from this it can be understood that the craftsmen simply didn't want to "mess" with my hair). After the master's refusal, I asked the question: "what alternative can you offer me?" and Master Chris didn't offer me ANYTHING, she just tried to sell me care products from their salon, referring to the fact that the hair is in very poor condition and we need to wait a little longer. The next day, I went to another salon, where I was dyed without any questions, just fantastically, as I wanted, a decent amount of time has passed and there is not even a hint of loose hair.. From this we can conclude that absolutely incompetent craftsmen work in this salon. I strongly do not recommend it.

It's not worth your money from the word at all. The studio does not work on the quality of the service performed, but on the number of clients. I don't want to say anything bad about coloring, even though I didn't get the desired result. Instead of coloring, airtach received ordinary highlighting. But cutting the tips killed, I'm sorry, but for 340 rubles you can trim it exactly, it's just terrible. I didn't notice at the salon how crookedly my hair was cut, it's just a shame for Master Anabel.
Maybe other craftsmen do wonders, as shown on Instagram, but in my opinion, the cost should match the quality, and coloring from a novice master should not cost as much as a master with experience. I won't be coming back

However, the studio itself is quite "tired", the management would like to recommend updating the equipment and the space itself.

Which left questions - instagram is full of value for new customers at a discount, whether it was or not, I still did not understand, it turned out to be 50p more expensive from the price "from" + they ruined the sweater with a lightener, and to remove it, they offered a paint brush, which absolutely did not save the situation, the thing was ruined - and not a word of apology I didn't hear it. I advise you to come in something that is not a pity…

I want to write right away that there are no questions to the master who painted me. Questions to the masters who conducted the consultation. First, I waited half an hour for someone to come up to me. Secondly, one master started the consultation, and the second one continued (maybe this is normal - I don't know).The request was for me to be repainted from red to cold light brown (a photo of what I wanted to show) and they said that this could be done. When I arrived for the coloring, the master (the third in a row since the consultation)she was surprised as I was, because she said that it would not work to get the color I want (explaining why) and as a result, the painting was done in a different color. Bottom line -if you go to this studio for a consultation, then write down the procedure you need to the same master who advises you, so that later there would be no such situations after which you leave the studio with a sediment.

Not so long ago, I became a client of this salon, the first time I signed up for master Tae and everything was fine, I had to do repeated tinting of contouring and I signed up for master Tae again.
I came to the right time, they told me to wait, I sat for 10 minutes, no one said anything, they didn't offer water, nothing, then the master came and said that she didn't have time for me and force majeure came out and that another master would tone me under her guidance. To my questions as to why they didn't inform me, she said that I don't have a difficult service, any master can handle it and that her client is more important and more complicated now, she's not up to me. I swallowed this statement, I signed up for the service a week in advance, it was for Tae, while on the day of the appointment I wrote to the salon and asked if she would be there, the answer was: "yes."
I agreed to another master, I'm sitting again waiting for someone to come up to me, 10-15 minutes have already passed since the beginning of my recording, as a result, a girl comes looking about 17-20 years old, it's clear that she's afraid, withdrawn, not sure what she's doing, I understand that most likely this is a student who she will learn from me, she does not take a napkin with much confidence to put it on my neck, she did not even greet me

I do not recommend this salon because they have a lot of masters, they change, as I understand it often, they say that they are pros, but in fact you can come and get a student who will study at you, it is not clear what kind of mess you will have on your head + you will still pay for the service of a professional master, no one warns you about anything, there is no respect for customers and their time, rather the salon works purely on making money, and does not care about its rating, customers and quality. It is not surprising that insta is always running ads with big discounts on services, probably students do them. In general, Sharashkin's office is full of tricks.
I do not recommend this salon, dear girls, take care of yourself and trust your hair only to real professionals!

There was a client sitting next to him who was told the same thing. I want to note that I have done complex coloring many times, I also had a blonde, because my hair lightens normally, I came with my natural brown color.
