Unfortunately, sometimes, and more often lately, the staff spoils the impression. It's like talking to a robot. It's not the first time I've come and seen a man behind the counter who looks like he's angry. Not rude, nothing like that, but... but imagine the sensations yourself. Everyone has hard days, but here, it seems, the days have turned into weeks and months.

Unfortunately, my experience of interacting with a pastry shop turned out to be unsuccessful. The initial request for the cost of the cake on Instagram was met with a question about the order date and my phone number. After providing this information, the employee called me back and we agreed to go to Viber to discuss the details of the order. However, it was not possible to contact the confectionery on Viber, as they do not respond to messages. 3.5 days later, I called them and reminded them of myself. The same employee replied, but despite my request to provide an answer in the chat, I never received it. This lack of attention to customers and the inability to fulfill the simplest requests is extremely disappointing.

The staff of this pastry shop will promise you a star from the sky, if only you would place an order with them. It was the same in my case, they said that all our wishes would be fulfilled. And as a result, nothing was done from the agreed upon: not the design, not the decoration, cakes of a different color, not the taste, bones that get stuck in the teeth... The amazing thing is that the cake was really delicious at the tasting, but on the most solemn day of life, the staff of the pastry shop could not repeat it. Complete disappointment
