I visited the pastry shop today - I really needed a delicious cake. Since I visit the Republic of Belarus very rarely, I remember that once upon a time the Porechensk cakes produced by IP Bychkovsky were the most delicious - in fact, Porechensk cakes were a priority. However, the range of desired cakes in this pastry shop was limited only to "Puff pastry cake". The male seller convinced me that "Porechensk cakes have not been the same for a long time..., the quality has deteriorated, and in general most buyers refuse their cakes," and imposed some Vitebsk ones. It's good that I read the Vitebsk ingredients - only preservatives, stabilizers, a million different E-additives, in general, I read the composition for a long time and persistently - exactly more than 10 lines. Then, to be fair, I read the composition of Porechensky puff pastry - everything is as simple and natural as possible. Of course, the choice was in favor of the usual (since I wanted both delicious and beautiful like "mountain of gems" or "ice cream" or "Venus" to enjoy the taste familiar from my youth), but also, as we later tried, a VERY TASTY CAKE. This is for the benefit of the salesman who tried to sell the chemical cake. I would also love to buy Belarusian products as gifts, but there is very little choice of interesting and special Belarusian products.
