I was at Gayane's Cakes, and unfortunately, I was disappointed with the service. The salespeople were uncivilized and impolite, giving the impression that they didn't care about the customers. I don't like to write negative reviews, but I want the management to pay attention to this and fix the situation. After all, quality service is an important part of success. When I entered, I didn't seem to be noticed, although there were several sellers. I hope the service will get better in the future.

I tried to call someone twice, but they just ignored me. In the end, she left because there was no point in waiting any longer. It was a very unpleasant experience, and I don't want to go back.
