If they had told me right away that there was such a long waiting period, I would have refused, the process is much faster in another clinic!
Do you understand that under the results there is an appointment with a doctor?

I asked the administrators if the gynecologist works on Saturday, they replied that yes. I arrive on Saturday, there is no doctor ( I asked off ) I understand it happens . Next time I call the call center , I ask if there will be a gynecologist tomorrow , they should have answered , but call in the morning - specify . I 'm calling , of course , they don 't answer the phone . I come to the clinic , they tell me that there are no doctors in this clinic . Especially gynecologists . There's only diagnostics. As a person working in another field, I didn't know about it. Why then, before that, when I came , no one said that there were no doctors and there were no cases in this branch . In general, I do not advise the clinic , the staff does not know their duties and how to close the patient's objection.

I am a person who is afraid to donate blood, and I am also afraid of the type of blood and with a low pain threshold. And for the first time I came across such an incompetent employee and the attitude towards a patient in a PRIVATE CLINIC.
The nurse started to fence and it hurt a lot, but I didn't twitch and sat quietly and only gave vent to emotions and burst into tears, when the nurse asked whether to remove the needle? I said I would put up with it so as not to inconvenience them, but the nurse decided to discuss me in Uzbek in the hope that I did not know Uzbek.
When the blood was taken, there were other patients in the office besides me, with whom your nurse discussed my veins, and also lamented that such patients come across early in the morning. And she repeated this three times, the third time I already made a remark to her that I knew Uzbek and I was sorry that I did not meet her expectations, and that her duties included silently doing the work, and not discussing me with other patients and nurses, and that she should be able to work with different people. Further, after the fence, she asked to hold the patch with her hand, is it okay to hold the injection site with a dirty hand??? I asked her to bandage her hand and what, I'm not going to hold it, to which she bandaged her hand with a creak. This is not acceptable behavior for a private clinic where the service is not cheap.
