We brought the necessary medicines, which are not available in the Republic of Belarus. Everything is clear. I made an application, they quickly replied to the mail, and picked up the order within the agreed time. All the necessary information is on the website, you just need to read it for a long time and thoughtfully. The delivery costs absolutely reasonable money. I thank Sergey for his help. It's a pity I didn't have time for the nearest delivery, I had to turn to competitors for a faster one and pay 2 times more. Who really needs medicines, do not pay attention to reviews from the category - rudeness, does not talk like that. We only had e-mail correspondence, but the medicines were delivered, everything is OK.

I needed pills urgently and turned to the to shop.by, I filled out the form, instead of the promised 30 minutes, they answered only two days later, and an order confirmation was sent by e-mail. Then, when there were a few days left before the shipment, they called and said they would not be able to bring it, arguing that these pills were not available at this store, although it was not a problem to buy them in many online pharmacies in Moscow. After another call, they were rude and hung up. If you don't want to waste time and nerves, it's better to choose another company, since there are enough of them.

They are undoubtedly doing a good job. Rather, it indicates that they have chosen an important area in demand for people. The attitude and manner of communication are very lame, this is not communication with the client, everything is unprofessional. Delivery worked well for me once, although what kind of delivery is it when you have to go to Komarovka at a convenient time for them, only once a week and only with cash. But the second time, an order from this organization cost me two pointless trips on Sundays to them. The first time (which made it difficult to call and discuss), they definitely offered additional services.services that need to be paid for, and paid for only in cash, but I only have the amount for medicines with me. The second time in a week (what kind of schedule is this) my medicine disappeared from them, although I told them in the mail after the first time when to pick it up. But to be honest, these are all tolerable working moments, because the field is important for people. But the manner of communication and customer service is very lame. Out of the ridiculous, an employee ran out and shouted in front of other customers, offering to buy another medicine. Neither ethics, which I don't want to discuss diagnoses and medications with the whole district, nor any kind of responsibility when it comes to medications. In total, I do not recommend it, there are other services.

The level of service and communication is at zero. To my surprise, I haven't received a response from Russia in a week. The owner is rude on the phone. I don't recommend it. It is better to use customer-oriented services.

I have never met a more unprofessional attitude. I ordered medicine from Moscow, I was already waiting for arrival. There is a call from this company and immediately without an introduction, you have to go to the site, do something there and all this in an absolutely hostile tone. First of all, I answer that what happened to you and did not have time to say anything further, as everyone, like goodbye, do not call us anymore. I'm calling back where my medicine is, the answer is, no one will bring you anything, we don't have time to talk to you, don't call us anymore. Holy shit, this is the first time I've heard such a tone from an ordinary courier service that I almost have to turn out to be one.

I made a pre-order by providing links to medicines in one of the Russian online pharmacies with delivery in Moscow and with prices for medicines slightly below average, but in response I received a letter from the carrier with the cost of drugs almost 2 times more expensive, as well as the cost of delivery of 29 byn. rubles. To my questions, "where do these prices come from?" someone (who didn't even introduce himself) called back to my phone number specified in the order and began to "explain" in raised tones that they had been working like this for a long time, that everything was fine with them, that they had their own warehouses and trusted pharmacies in which they were purchased, and no one will deal with my order with my prices, because delivery will be "golden" for me (although delivery in Moscow from the Internet library I indicated costs a little more than 150 (!!!) Russian rubles, depending on the geographical location on the map of Moscow or the region). Not only do these "29 bel. rubles for delivery to Minsk" when buying 1-2 packs of relatively inexpensive drugs almost completely offset (which I could still accept, due to the lack of one of the drugs in the Republic of Belarus) the price difference between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus, but also the prices of "proven pharmacies in Moscow" they make it absolutely unprofitable to contact the tosh company.Ask for help. My recommendation: I strongly advise you not to contact the company, but to search the Internet for more calm and balanced people who will not try to squeeze everything out of a potential client, but will be focused on long-term cooperation!

An extremely unprofessional approach. They have completely incorrect information on the site that does not correspond to reality. They write that they will be contacted in half an hour by mail - no one writes at all. They call in the evening, when a person may not be able to pick up the phone. The next day, they call again in the evening, closer to 19 o'clock, I don't have time to take it, after I make them callbacks, they reset it. Then they call again, but only for one second and immediately reset, even if I manage to take it in that second. It turned out that on the second day of the calls, they wrote to the mail after the first call that they could not get through - I wrote to them that they were dropping calls, both their outgoing and my incoming ones. Somehow I was able to take their call. When I told them that they promised to contact me by mail on the site, but in the end they called instead, they replied, "I don't have time to tell you what your order is." After that, it turns out that my order volume is too large, they cannot deliver so much (12 packages of medicine), and they are not ready to arrange delivery across Belarus, which they promise on the website, even for my payment, and I need to go to Minsk in their PVZ, and I get to Minsk in 3 hours. Total: there is incorrect information on the site, they do not write to the mail after half an hour during their working hours, as promised, and write there only if they could not get through, they call after hours in the evening, they drop calls after a second of calling, and when they manage to get in touch, they communicate non-client-oriented, delivery in Belarus, promised on They don't have a website, and they can't sell the right amount of medicine. I do not recommend this service to anyone, especially if you do not live in Minsk, everything is arranged exactly the opposite of what is indicated on the website, and a man who is clearly not interested in cooperating with clients communicates quite rudely on the phone. It's been a long time since I've seen such an amateurish approach to working with clients. I work in the service sector myself and communicate a lot with clients, and I know what I'm talking about.

I ordered medicines from Russia (Moscow) 2 times, even with their "expensive" delivery (from 20 to 35 rubles went for 1-3 small packages), and then I still need to go across the city to receive the goods (even better by taxi there and back), it turns out to be cheaper by 10-30% than in our pharmacies. And the drug for postoperative sutures, such as Lidase, has not been in the network of our pharmacies in BELARUS for six months and will not look like it ("Belmedpreparations" cut money on packing "other slag"), so it's worth using, it's convenient, and they bring "fresh medicines", plus they transport them to a special. boxes at temperature storage conditions, which is a plus...

Excellent service. The medicine was brought from Moscow on the second day after the application. We haven't had a De-nola in RB for a month now. It turned out with delivery from Moscow at the same price as it cost earlier in our pharmacies. Recommend. Fast, convenient, and relatively inexpensive.

I do not recommend it for several reasons: 1. There is no delivery in Minsk; 2. Only 2 days were offered for picking up the goods, Wednesday from 14:00 to 15:00 and Sunday; 3. When I arrived to pick up, they said that the goods were sent back, although the website says that 7 days can be picked up for free, and later with an additional payment. I informed you twice before my arrival that I would be coming. Seller, you have complete disinformation on the site, in fact there is no delivery, do not even store the goods for 7 days, respond in a day. There is no service.
