Swooning air conditioning and service are regrets. i bought 2 air conditioners in 2020, I had these air conditioners installed in my new house by the Baymak service because I moved. Baymak Service came and set up 2 air conditioners so that the warranty would not be broken and it would be a solid smooth job, 3 days later the air conditioner did not cool properly, neither cold nor hot, I created a service record. Come while I'm gone. They looked at the device and said there was no problem. They demanded money, I came home, tried the air conditioner, it doesn't work. That's worse. I called the Tosun baymak service, they told me you need to pay us money, there's no problem with your device. I asked why I should pay for the device that does not work. I said come do it, I said there can be no such nonsense. The so-called guaranteed product Service Kusadasi Tosunlar Baymak service I discussed with the service. I didn't have the device made, I complained to customer service many times with nerves and fainting, there are records in the system. Since there was no other service, I left the air conditioner like that and used my other air conditioner. I bought another Fainting air conditioner while having the devices installed on it. A new Baymak service has been opened to Söke district. I called, I called them to take a look. Aysa air conditioning Baymak service came and looked at the device, said there was a leak in the device, and said that the rear copper pipe was bent during installation. The incoming master said it was a mounting error. Kusadasi tosunlar Baymak service could not do the installation properly. They asked me for money on the installation that I paid for. I called customer service, and they told me we can't do anything that's out of warranty. They ignored my complaints many times. They didn't help when it was guaranteed. Customer service makes people feel victimized. They work focused on services, not customer-oriented. The last incoming service says installation error, it says malfunction. Why didn't you ask for money when you came now, you're wrong and you want money instead of solving it, even though I said you had a problem, I'm NOT SUGGESTING KIMYE
