Having visited this center three times this year, today I brought my mother for an ultrasound to Irina Viktorovna Porokhonko and Natalia Sergeevna Kmreeva for an examination. As always, everything was at the highest level. Irina Viktorovna calmed down with her confident and very calm tone of conversation. She got the impression that she treats each patient as her own person. And Natalia Sergeevna showed and told what the problem is and how to solve it with such warmth and kindness that you want to come back to such a person again. I am very grateful and bow low to you for the human attitude towards people, but this is becoming more valuable every day and, unfortunately, less and less common in medicine. But the registrar still needs to learn a lot from experienced specialists, both attentiveness and politeness, and most importantly patience. Working with people is the most difficult job, especially with people who have come for help with a huge number of their problems. For this reason, I'm shooting one star.

After 10 minutes, they finally noticed who I was and why I had come. When I said that I've been sitting here for 10 minutes, did you probably have more important things to do than visitors? - the receptionist replied defiantly - YES, I had more important things to do!!! You have an appointment at 3 p.m. Is this the norm of administrator behavior with clients??? The ultrasound itself went great thanks to Dr. Tishuk. The doctor is very attentive and competent. Actually, I was going to her. But from now on, I will choose another center where they are not rude from the doorstep.

There is no center. I'm so sorry that I came here. I needed to get an ultrasound, but I didn't want to go far. I looked at this center. The reviews seem to be nothing. I went and regretted it 1000 times. The ultrasound doctor seems to be a couple of names, during the appointment, which should last an hour, she was distracted 2 times by personal conversations on the phone, and just talking about nothing, chatting. Two times, her young doctor from the next office distracted her and she left me and went to help another doctor. She was gone for 10 minutes, moreover, she went back and forth and did not even bother to treat her hands or put on gloves! Before making an inspection. It feels like I've come to some old witch doctor's hut! One can only guess what kind of examination there was, when the "doctor" was distracted 4 times during the hour of admission. It feels like she hasn't really watched anything... She spent 15 minutes just for show, printed out the ready-made documents and sent me.I gave 165 rubles, but I didn't get a proper examination. We'll have to go to another center to redo everything.
