When contacting her, we always felt cared for and confident that our pets were in safe hands. She performed surgery on Toffik, treats Tolik, vaccinated Dyma and Kotya. He explains everything clearly, gives recommendations on care and treatment. I especially liked her attitude towards animals — very gentle and kind.
