Nice place with good aesthetic, but the service is horrific. The food is average and the prices are quite high. The ramen is Ok, nothing special. The shrimps and chicken tasted nice but not really fresh. The host was unwelcoming and rude. She told us we lied about our reservation and she ruined our moods. It was just a cold start to the evening Our waitress was soulless and cold. She dropped food on me and didn’t apologize, didn’t offer towels when we arrived although everyone else got them. We asked to move to a different table away from the freezer and the toilet but she said no- even though the restaurant was empty. And they served my Sake in a wine glass. So bad. And then we saw other guests get Sake in correct cups. And they sell набор для Саке at the entrance!!! Inconsistent poor service and average food. I probably wouldn’t return and can’t strongly recommend it

Amazing place. Massive portions of Ramen for a fair price. Great environment. Very popular & always lively. Staff are very informed & attentive. Give great suggestions. Love everything about it 10/10 in my books
