Very beautiful products and pleasant consultants , but one disadvantage is that they do not observe working hours.. It's kind of weird to be late for the store opening on Saturday. The store is open on Saturday from 12-17. I waited at the door for about 15 minutes..closed. I don't see any warning on the door or in the insta about other working hours. For example, I don't understand this, everyone goes shopping on Saturday, why don't you wait for customers? There are no questions about the assortment and quality, but the service is terrible from the word at all. Instagram posts are simply ignored. And after placing an order on the website, they contacted me only a day later and said that the product would only be available in the sun (maybe even in the sat) and asked if I would wait. I explained the situation that it was a gift and a deadline. As a result, in the sun in the afternoon, I asked if there was a product in stock - I was ignored. And when I went to the store (I decided that I would choose something else), it turned out that they did not work at all that day (but of course no one informed me about this)

Отвратительно. Заказала ожерелье, в итоге оно то не готово, то готово, приезжайте, а как приехала, так его и нет. И аргументы из разряда "ну и что вы сделаете?" Если бы это не было подарком для человека из другой страны, то развернулась бы и ушла.

Ужасный сервис! Я заплатила деньги за сертификат а его не прислали во время. И даже не написали о проблеме пока я сама им не написала.
