On September 3, we took a sightseeing tour of Dubai from the Touristino company, we really enjoyed it, special thanks to the positive, Russian-speaking guide Elvira. Thanks to her, our trip was comfortable and fun. It was a very eventful day, during which we drove through the Palm Jumeirah area, saw the famous Atlantis Hotel, walked through the Madinat Jumeirah market, where we tasted ice cream and Dubai chocolate, and also saw an unmanned taxi there, took a photo with the Parus Hotel, then stopped at the incredible museum of the future, making another We took a memorable photo and headed to the Dubai Mall. Of course, the tallest tower in the world, the Burj Khalifa, with singing fountains, was waiting for us there. After walking there and seeing all the beauty of this place, we went to the Dubai Marina area, where an evening cruise on a traditional Arab Dhow vessel awaited us. For an additional fee, it was possible to take a buffet dinner. Even though we didn't take it, they still brought us free water, later cold soda, and even treated the children to fruit slices and a cake, which was also nice. The prices are lower than those of other companies. The verdict is that we recommend it, especially for those who are visiting the UAE for the first time and want to see everything in a short time. ✌

In Green Planet, prices are indeed lower than at the box office. There's no need for a guide. Awesome place!!! The second one in Abu Dhabi: here with a transfer, a guide, etc. Everything is included. I've been to one before, so this is the second one. This is a very cool tour, which is very clearly and punctually organized. Car without delay, water in transport. All these excursions made our stay in the city truly unforgettable. The flower garden has a sea of flowers, mostly petunias of various varieties, everything is so beautifully done. Flower arrangements form arches, tunnels, clocks, decorate houses, castles, and airplanes. Separately, I can say that the Global Village is definitely worth a visit. There are pavilions from different countries on the territory, where goods that belong to this country are sold. In the evening, beautiful lighting, concerts, everything is at a very good level. It's an interesting place, very atmospheric, and we definitely recommend visiting it. A great place for an evening stroll. We definitely need to go on safari, we really enjoyed everything, the roller coaster is relaxing, and the driver was talkative, turned out to be an excellent photographer. We had a tour of the Mosque + the palace... We visited the Mosque first, and when we arrived at the palace, we stood in line in front of our noses. The employee came out and said that the palace was closed for today (due to some kind of event)..And I didn't care that there was a crowd of people who had bought tickets outside the palace doors, meaning we were in danger of seeing 1/2 of our tour program!!! This means dozens of dissatisfied tourists... Our guide Marina did the IMPOSSIBLE - they let us through without shortening the arrival time at the palace! This is an indicator of the quality of the work of the Turistino company .. If we had gone on a guided tour with a driver, of which there are dozens, from unknown companies, we would definitely not have seen the Palace. Marina's authority, her perseverance, and the persuasiveness of her arguments helped solve the problem! I wish there were more such guides. Another plus is paying for Tourists with a Russian card, but at the same time you need to understand that we are a little worried because the prices are indicated in dirhams, and we transfer rubles, which will then be converted into dirhams (this is relative to the dissatisfied))) WELL DONE TOURISTS, thank you for organizing our vacation!!!

We visited on our own, we liked everything. But 2 excursions purchased from this agency for a lot of money is a complete disappointment. 1. Jeep safari. The day before the tour, I was severely poisoned. Before we could recover, we got into the car, but 2 minutes after leaving the hotel, I felt sick again and had to return. Everyone, including the driver, saw my condition. The refund was refused. They also refused to reschedule it for another day. Although we vacated a place on the tour, the reason was for health reasons, and not just like that. The service was not provided to us, the question "what was paid for?" remained open... 2. Cruise to the Indian Ocean (Oman). It's still sadder here: - There was no air conditioning on the ship (5 hours in the heat and stuffiness!), there was air conditioning in the transfer to the ship, but it worked very poorly - There was no musical accompaniment - The guide did not conduct the tour, did not tell anything about the country or the area. - We stood at the border for 2 HOURS because the driver did not know the new entry rules - The driver's driving style was simply terrifying: constant speeding, entering turns at 120 km/h, sudden braking. The baby got seasick and threw up on the way back! The tour operator acknowledged the lack of music (apologized), but denied compensation on all other points. As a result, they offered only a 10% discount (52 AED) on the next trip... It is a pity that for such money the level of service and attitude towards customers is exactly like that. We do not recommend it.
