The employee came out and said that the palace was closed for today (due to some kind of event)..And I didn't care that there was a crowd of people who had bought tickets outside the palace doors, meaning we were in danger of seeing 1/2 of our tour program!!! This means dozens of dissatisfied tourists... Our guide Marina did the IMPOSSIBLE - they let us through without shortening the arrival time at the palace! This is an indicator of the quality of the work of the Turistino company .. If we had gone on a guided tour with a driver, of which there are dozens, from unknown companies, we would definitely not have seen the Palace. Marina's authority, her perseverance, and the persuasiveness of her arguments helped solve the problem! I wish there were more such guides.
