My husband and I were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the tent rental services. All tents are in excellent condition, easy to assemble and convenient to use. The prices were adequate, and the staff were attentive and responsive. We had a very cool weekend thanks to this rental!♥️

A good selection of equipment. They work quite smartly, they help with the right choice.
But one thing happened that wasn't very pleasant BUT:
There were few people at the time when I took my skis.. practically no one, so as soon as I came in, we started selecting equipment for me (I mean, the work did not require very fast speed, because there is no queue)
The shoes were picked up - OK
The skis were picked up - OK
They asked for the weight, adjusted the skis and all that.
But at the moment of being on the slope, when I tried to get up and snap into the clips, I noticed that the clips are not the size of the shoe.
I.e., I stand, they snap, and I calmly take out my foot, because the shoe does not fasten in length (it just falls out of the clips)
The most unpleasant thing is that I am already on the slope,
skiing at night (there is nowhere to call to ask "what should I do?"), I am all in gear, and I need to solve the problem somehow (the skipass has already been bought, time is running out)
Fortunately, at the reception point I was able to ask for help, and quite quickly they just moved the heel mount 1-2 cm closer to the toe and I went to have fun on the slope.
Total:
- Spent ~40 minutes troubleshooting
- Additionally, n is the amount for helping a person
- It's awesome how I sweated while running in ski boots in search of someone who can help :)
It's a pity most of the time, money is nonsense
And this malfunction was not on one ski, but on two, i.e. they did not seem to be regulated at all, there is no queue, there is nowhere to hurry... Why did this happen? It remains a mystery to me.
Upon arrival on the trail. the day, and the delivery of the equipment, I did not say anything and clarify the relationship, because there was already a large load of people from the guys... And I didn't see the person who regulated me, so I decided to share my feedback with everyone.

Just terrible service. I made a preliminary order for the equipment, the administrator called and confirmed everything. And when, on the appointed day, I came to order, this equipment was not available. When I asked why they didn't call me and warn me, the workers mumbled and couldn't say anything. We started to pick up new equipment on the spot: they have it in the database, but it is not available. I spent half an hour putting everything together. I asked about the discount for the compensation of the joint, they said yes, the discount will be 2p =))
In general, there is no service.

The bike rental is just disgusting. Before arriving, I checked the availability several times, they said that there would be a bike. Upon arrival, it turned out that no one even tried to clarify the availability. They said that everything was under repair. As a result, they offered a bike where the rear wheel went eight and only the rear brake worked. It seems that this is not at all what a store specializing in outdoor goods should offer

The tents are super, they didn't fly away, and thanks for that. Decompose it into two times, and assemble it turned out to be ten times... Four people could fit in the double room! They took sleeping bags, there were only not enough pillows for complete happiness. In general, we had a good rest in nature with tents (they also rested).

Alas, there were not the most pleasant impressions from this rental. First, we contacted by phone to clarify the availability of snowboards and boots. Without specifying our parameters (height, weight, leg size), we were assured that everything is available and, in case of arrival within half an hour, all necessary equipment can be rented. After our arrival at the specified time, a very small number of snowboard boards were present on the shelves and those that were available were of large sizes. However, all incoming phone calls were still answered by the staff that all the necessary equipment was available. As a result, after a 30-minute wait in a queue of two people, we were informed that there was no necessary inventory. It seemed that the guys at the box office are working without much enthusiasm and do not yet have experience of well-coordinated teamwork (three employees served two guests very slowly), and this is only the beginning of the winter season with an incredibly large number of people at the box office. We had to urgently look for another place to practice, where, unlike this institution, we clarified all our necessary data by phone and after 40 minutes we received all the necessary equipment.

Две звезды ставлю только за то , что приятные молодые ребята, которые достаточно слажено и вежливо работают.
А в целом в остальном в очень зла. Брали палатку и надувной матрас. Матрас , который сдувался за час простого лежания на земле. Ночь была очень тяжелая, до этого прошелся дождь. Настроение испорчено, ожидания не оправдались. Крайне рекомендую всем, надувные предметы проверять дома несколько часов. И при возврате по времени приезжать минимум за час-полтора до окончания срока. Очереди в воскресенье большие и медленные.

Ребята могут посоветовать, что выбрать из имеющегося оборудования. Выбор большой. Обслуживание быстрое и вежливое. Лучше позвонить заранее, чтобы в сезон забронировать самые популярные товары.

Огромный выбор товара, быстрое оформление, быстрая выдача . Брал на прокат шатер 3*6,шикарный шатер,быстро устанавливается, очень надёжный,то что нужно,единственное но,стенки шатра грязные,чехол порван,загружать пришлось самому,хотя по телефону сказали что загрузят, поэтому 4*

В целом остался доволен посещением данного пункта проката. Брал у них 2 раза в этом сезоне оборудование для катания на сноуборде .
Все помогли подобрать ,оборудование в хорошем состоянии .
Единственное ,что немного расстраивает,это большое время ожидания ,особенно в выходной день.

Работа сотрудника на точке оставляет желать лучшего, как и велосипеды проката. Взяли два велосипеда на прокат в 18:08 на три часа, фактическое время, когда мы на них поехали – 25, велосипеды не посмотрели на исправность, как прописано в договоре, через метров 150 поняли, что на одном из невозможно ехать из-за убитого крыла, поехали менять, окей. Договорились привезти в 21:00, (по договору время 21:08), приехали в 2 минуты, след работника простыл, нам не звонили, сами не отвечают (звонили долго и упорно), час сидели под дверям, потому что не могли забрать велосипеды домой, дозвонились до корпоративного менеджера, тот связался с руководством и сказал приехать на след день разобраться. Куда деть велосипеды? Поехали купили замок и пристегнули под камерами, которые может записывают, но полдня, а может и нет, по словам корп. менеджера. Но к нему вопросов нет, на самом деле. Приехали утром, нам выставили просрочку 70 с чем-то рублей за велосипеды, которые стояли у них под камерами. На вопрос, что произошло вчера, работник ответил что он ушел домой в 21 (мы только в 21 договорились привезти), у человека не возникло идеи подождать пару минут, а не уходить минута в минуту с договоренностью. На вопрос почему он решил уйти и даже не позвонил, не узнал что с арендой, сказал, что думал мы ТАКИМ ОБРАЗОМ РЕШИЛИ ПРОДЛИТЬ. Зачем просят номер при аренде, если им банально не пользуются ?? Сервис? Не рекоменд, велосипеды – громко сказано, а возвращать будете еще пару часов, покупая замки и сидя сами под дверям, а потом с вас еще и деньги за просроченное время попросят. Нам бы заплатили за потраченное время, нервы и замок😉

Хороший прокат, брали тут комплекты тур ковриков со спальными мешками на компанию, Коврики толстые, спальники чистые и тёплые. По просьбе дали ещё колышков к палатке бесплатно, т.к. в нашей палатке у нас их мало осталось.

Выражаем огромную благодарность TouristShop.by за качество, сервис и удобство. Брали в аренду комплект: 25 палаток со спальниками и ковриками для турслета. Все привезли к оговоренному времени, быстро установили. К качеству палаток претензий нет от слова совсем. И проливной дождь ночью не помешал нашему отдыху. Собрались на природу, но у вас ничего нет? Тогда вам сюда.
Есть широкий спектр туристического снаряжения. Но в сезон заказывать его желательно за несколько дней.
Брал палатку, спальники, коврики. Все чистое и исправвное. После сдачи все сразу идёт в чистку.
Работают ребята быстро.

Классно, что есть места, где можно просто взять на прокат всё, что нужно для похода. Цены приемлемые, составляется договор об аренде посуточно. Терминал для безналичной оплаты есть из минусов - штрафуют за грязную и мокрую палатку, но после дождя обидно было, вроде как не по нашей вине она такая - все выходные шёл дождь. Но штраф небольшой, так что не особо страшно несколько раз брала у них палатку и буду брать ещё только у них. Понравилось

Брали недавно для отдыха на природе палатку и спальные мешки. В пункте работают молодые ребята. Все шустрые, работу свою знают, на все вопросы отвечают оперативно и со знанием дела. Если нужно, подскажут и помогут с выбором. Возврат прошёл также быстро.

Добрый день, был в данном проекте несколько раз вроде все в порядке но в последний раз все как то изменилось, сделал бронь за неделю, по приходу в назначенный день потратил много времени доказывая что я бронировал и что что процентов звонил заранее. Ну да ладно с горем по полам нашли мою бронь сказали что какой то збой. Когда приехал сдавать, немного задержался но не был уверен что нужно будет доплатить, каково мое удивление было что за пару часов просрочки мне нужно было заплатить больше чем за 2 дня аренды и это уже было странно. Надеюсь компания поправит свою работу и я очень рекомендую вам фиксировать номер брони для клиентов что бы они могли что то вам предъявить кроме паспорта и телефона.

Составляют контракт с целью выжать ещё больше денег, дают спальник и если он влажный, берут 3 р за сушкку, а если бы я принес сухой, они разве не стирают и не сушат его перед тем как дать его новому клиенту???
