A normal replacement is offered reluctantly. And this deters from carrying out repairs. Sometimes the difference was 5-6 times!!! Such a time, but I would like flexibility.
I plan to apply further for today, because for some overpayment in comparison with the market, I understand that I can go back, sort out the situation and fix it.

1. When giving the car to the service, take a picture of it in a circle! And the salon too! There is a so-called service car wash, even a completely clean car is washed. So, they can wash it so that after this washing you will have to wash the car again, already in a normal place! They can easily scratch the interior and body elements. This is especially true for body repairs. Without photos, you just can't prove anything to anyone. You will just be sent to x ...
2. There is a master receptionist in the body shop, such an unshaven big guy. This friend can look you in the eye and says that it was so. + the very quality of body repair is disgusting! The elements are planted crookedly, they can spoil the whole body elements, stain or scratch. To shit the salon... For them, this is the norm, the standards of their service. I specifically find out the name of this chubby guy. The country should know the "heroes".
3. THEN. It is very, very important that in the order of the outfit you write everything that they plan to do and the estimated cost. Because not everyone does it, but they end up taking more money! An example is cleaning the brakes. They did it only on one front wheel, they forgot about the other three. They didn't even climb there! About how they took the money for the cabin filter, and in the end I was left with the dirty old one, I already wrote above. + you will always, always be charged more money than you originally said.
4. Warranty. Toyota does not break down. This is a division. But this is not reality. In reality, it breaks down even more! Neither the Koreans, nor other Japanese, and oddly enough, neither the Chinese, had as many complaints about the 50k mileage as Toyota! And most importantly, you come with a problem, they take the car, look at something there and give it back with the words everything is fine, there are no problems. It's crunchy, but it's not crunchy right now. It's buggy, but it's not buggy right now. It doesn't work as it should, but it works, if it breaks, come on.
5. And the last thing. Your car can be driven without your permission. If the first time they rubbed into me that it was a 20km test drive))) The second time, when the car was in the body shop, it didn't work out very well, did you guys?!) Moreover, the plump man from the body shop, whom I had already mentioned, did not think about the presence of an alarm system with GPS. He stood there, puffing, saying that he needed to pick up the spare parts. They made me a wing))) Spare parts... And the most fun thing is, the wing was painted for 7 days. 7 days...

Bottom line: this is the worst Atlant-m service! I have already bought 5 cars of different brands from this organization. It was serviced in 4 dealerships.

The locksmith is not understood at all and does not understand what to do. And what they are trying to do, they are doing very badly.
I addressed the problem on the 2AZ-FE of tapping on a cold one at a traffic light. Before that, I eliminated oil leaks in another service, changed the gasket of the chain tensioner.
The locksmith immediately assumed that the chain had jumped and suggested removing the valve, looking at the marks and rearranging the chain.
Fortunately, I insisted on my presence in the workshop, because after removing the valve, the locksmith claimed that the chain jumped by 1 tooth, while I see with my own eyes that it did not.
They called some kind of technician, who also looked closely, sat down to read the manual, did not understand how the chain should stand (I remind you, this is the official Toyota service).
They twisted the crankshaft, fortunately the marks on the chain coincided with the marks on the head, otherwise they would have rearranged the chain like that.
As a result, I paid 300 rubles, it is not clear why, the problem was not solved, and I left with three.
When they were putting it back together, the locksmith screwed up the thread of the coil attachment, but did not say anything.
I found out only the next day, when I changed the coil on my own (by the way, the problem was in it, the whole Toyota center could not determine in 7 hours of operation). Instead of restoring the thread, they offered to drill the valve deeper, which of course he did not do and restored the thread at his own expense.
Next: the valve was installed on a new original Toyota gasket. They put it so that a month later it flowed in the corner of the valve room, where it needs to be put on a sealant.
I tried to apply under warranty, they said we have a 20-day warranty, goodbye.
So much for the official service, which serves with official spare parts with a space price tag and a 20-day warranty.
If you are looking for a place where people understand at least something about Toyotas and know how to work with their hands, then this is not where you are.

The girl replied that such a procedure is carried out and will call back with the current price. After that, the price was announced at 630p with a non-original filter and 910 with an original one. I chose a replacement with the original filter and made an appointment for 13-00 the next day. On the phone, I also asked if it would be a partial oil change with or without flushing. The girl reported that with flushing.
Arriving at the dealership earlier, I was accepted at 12-20 and the car was picked up around 13-00. Immediately, the manager announced the price : 720p with an unoriginal filter and 1000+ with the original one. When asked why the price changed, he replied: well, the girl wrote you down - she screwed up. To put it mildly, I was surprised, but agreed to the price change.
When making an order for an outfit, I asked again whether it would be a replacement with or without flushing - I was told that of course with flushing through a special device.
Half an hour later, the manager reported that there was not enough gasket in the repair kit and would need to wait a little longer (about 2 hours).
At 15-30, the necessary part arrived and the manager announced a price reduction of about 100 rubles. He explained this by saying that once they messed up with the gasket, the price is at their expense and they will change the oil without flushing and it will take less = so the price is less.
When I asked why we would make a replacement without flushing, they told me that the device was broken.
I was also informed that I was the fool and did not understand anything. There could be no question of any washing at this cost. If they were issued with flushing, the price would be about 3 times more.
