Вчера вечером пропал интернет - звоню первый раз у нас все работает соединение стабильно но проверим и перезвоним, звоню второй раз таже песня, говорят что переключат на техническую поддержку через 15 минут перезвоните, звоню третий раз сквзали что в этот раз у них проблемы, в четвертый звоню на линии сообщение что проблемы с сетью. Сегодня прихожу интернета нет - звоню, сообщение пропало о том что с сетью проблемы, но ты постоянно 20 в очереди и цифра не меняется итого звонил уже 6 раз каждый раз 20 в очереди. В обычные дни интернет слабый, 4к видео не посмотришь хотя завлено не менее 20 мегабит.

Во втором окне абонентского отдела, работает особа хамоватая. К ней подошёл дедушка, а она его так грубо отшила, он ей говорит не понимаю в этом ничего может компанию сменить, она ему ваше дело. Конечно таких особ много, но осадок остался.
