Caesar salad (this is the most hackneyed salad) with chicken eggs and ordinary tomatoes. Any housewife already knows how to cook it....

I am leaving a review belatedly. It is unlikely that anything has changed in this establishment. While walking with his girlfriend, they decided to stop by for a snack. The atmosphere is quite cozy and matches the name. My bet is 5! The waiter did not serve, but the administrator personally. We ordered borscht with beef and fried eggs. The borscht was brought without a single piece of meat, and when asked why not a single piece was found, they received the answer: "how? No meat?", when confirmed, we were told that it meant "on the bone." We made a conclusion, expressed our opinion and continued the meal. Soon they bring fried eggs on a board in a cast-iron skillet, and here the indignation goes through the roof... In this very pan there is an omelet with half-baked eggs, the white is transparent and liquid, like snot. When pointing out that the dish was not ready, they replied that it should be so. It's just beyond comprehension! He demanded to fix it, after which the administrator put the pan back in the oven. That should have been the end of it, but no... a company was celebrating a birthday nearby and they were also served by an administrator. This company ordered the juice. (We were sitting near the left wall of the entrance, there was a screen in front of us, and behind it there were refrigerators with salads from the lunch menu.) And then we watch as the receptionist takes the juice out of the refrigerator, pours it into a jug (she doesn't pour all of it, as she returns the package to the refrigerator). Then he bends over the refrigerator (does something), and then serves the order. After finishing the meal, I decided to check what was near the refrigerator where the receptionist was bending over with a jug. And what do I find there? There's a sink with rags. There is no doubt that the juice was diluted with water and served. I hope at least the cloth wasn't dipped in the jug. This was the first and last visit to this institution. If you decide to visit, then keep your eyes open and be sure to leave comments. I'm sorry for the timing, I wanted to write everything, but I remembered at an inconvenient time. It has now surfaced in the notifications, as I sometimes pass this place and decided to share what I had to observe. THE HORROR!!!
