Review of the institution:
Minuses:
1. Lack of communication with the administration (did not respond to the specified number)
2. Incorrect formation of dishes:
- Seafood salad - only vegetables and a couple of mussels
- Assorted fish for 20+ rubles presented: herring, fish skin!!!, red fish (similar in taste to red herring) + cubes of butter
- Cheese plate: instead of 6 servings, 2 plates were brought, each with about 6 pieces of cheese with mold (cubes of 1-2 cm), and ordinary cheese with herbs, sliced until translucent - 10 pieces
3. Organization of the event:
- Lack of benches/chairs for the newlyweds (I had to come up several times and ask, how could the newlyweds not have chairs?)
- Place for champagne glasses - wine glasses, place 10 pieces - 5 pieces. I had to ask for glasses TWICE, the first time they asked, "Are you sure everyone will drink champagne?", the second time they brought it with the words, "We thought not everyone would drink." Thank you, but they put vodka glasses for everyone, apparently everyone usually drinks vodka..
4. Musical accompaniment:
- Outdated repertoire, unknown even to the older generation (that is, songs of that century that no one knows, not those who are 30, 50, not those who are 75)
- Ask to play a normal song - (20 rub/song)
- The songs that the singer sings are adapted in the style of "Russian folk"
Common problems:
- Unsatisfactory service
- The attitude of the administrator, I don't want to
- Mixed up orders between tables
- Poor quality of food for all the guests (3 events were held in parallel). Someone had charred champignons, someone had raw, greasy French fries, someone had the wrong dishes.
Bottom line: I strongly do not recommend this establishment for festive events.

Cutting vegetables from tomatoes grown somewhere in greenhouses in Minsk in winter is the height of disrespect for the client. Water, not tomatoes.

Hello, I was in this institution on 05/22/2024, there was a conflict with the administrator.
Entering the cafe, I couldn't find any of the staff, waited at the bar, went to the table and, apologizing, asked if I could sit down. The receptionist replied in a rude tone that yes. Having sat down at a table, I asked for a book of reviews and suggestions, having received it in my hands, the administrator, sitting at a table, shouted to me across the hall: "yes, you write what you want."
Very "pleasant service"
After dinner, I went to pay for the bar and the receptionist began to prove to me that I was wrong and had come up with everything, "lied" to her, and, of course, they would write a review with the whole team that I had invented everything for myself. To my arguments that, in general, this procedure does not interest me and I do not understand why these showdowns are now, I was answered: "well, of course, you all know your rights, of course, of course, God is your judge!"

I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT... The receptionist and the waiter girl treated the work well...but at the end of the evening, it was noticed that a bottle of our wine was given to a nearby table... and this overshadowed the opinion of themselves..and I would recommend to the director of this institution to change the chefs .....the first thing that caught my eye was the serving of dishes on the table....it's just a horror ((they have almost all the dishes decorated with paprika ...... the quality of the food is terrible stuffed chicken and rudder is generally a nightmare.... pancakes with salmon were served burnt.. the salmon was not felt.. the hot dishes were not fully prepared....there are a lot of nuances in cooking...and what else I didn't like in plain text is that tips are welcome....

One star was removed for the nuances listed below.
First of all, I would like to thank the shift staff who worked that day. Excellent specialists, everything was polite, neat, all issues were resolved immediately.
Let's start in order.
* convenient location
* clean establishment, clean toilets, counters, floors
* large selection of food
* the food itself is 8 out of 10 (I will write further why)
* the price tag is adequate
*there is no traffic jam fee. You can bring alcohol and fruit with you.
* From the pros on the menu, there is something to choose from, both salads and hot. When I ordered, I read in the reviews that the portions are small, but we had everything in portions perfectly. A large selection of snacks, fresh meat, sausages and cheeses.
*Very tasty hot, crispy, hot potato slices, delicious sauces. The fish plate is a little too small in assortment (red fish and mackerel), but the fish is fresh.
* The music is good, we took breaks, there was background music, there was live music, the girl Natalia sang very beautifully.
* There is paper in the toilet, everything is clean, which could not but please.
*The staff is very polite.
* If something remains, you can buy containers and put something with you or ask the girls, they put it.
From the cons, why they put 4 stars out of 5 and why the menu is 8 out of 10.
* They did not immediately warn that you need to pay for slicing fruit and serving a cake and that there will be a tip payment to the waiters. There was nothing critical about this for us, but I would like to know in advance.
* there is a lot of mayonnaise in salads, the salad with fish was spoiled with cabbage, it was just no. Neither the taste of fish nor feta has been preserved. Feta was cut into super-small cubes or crushed with a fork, we did not understand :)
* in the same salads, there are different cuts: something in the salad cubes, something in strips and slices.
* Napkins were not put right away, they were forgotten about
* wine glasses were not near all the plates. But these are not too significant nuances, but you pay attention to it.
* And finally: ordering a song or singing a song - 20 rubles per person - is objectively expensive. Moreover, the songs under the order were not sung with a live voice, but simply included, but the girl represented it very beautifully. But the price is the price :)
