Every time a woman with short white hair is rude, she was there at 8.40 today, and I've seen more than once how people don't buy anything and leave because of her rudeness. The second girl is nice, you can talk to her and sell what you didn't plan to buy. I walk by every day and it's not the first time I've encountered negativity. We wanted to buy 200p worth of soda for our birthday, so after such rudeness we went to another place and bought it cheaper. A month ago, my last purchase was here, today I was rude again, and a month ago, after the night shift, I went to get an energy drink, not only did they not ask for my passport, but also when I said the name, I took out another drink, I said it wasn't that and told her where what I needed was, so she started to raise her voice to say that she didn't understand, she took out the first drink she saw, threw it on the counter and punched it, I asked her to replace it, she said she didn't want to. I've never had any problems with a second woman, but I'm not going here anymore on principle.
