Everything is fine, the recreation room is just generally gorgeous that it is. The only thing missing is a good convenience store, at least nearby, otherwise when you leave with transfers, there is no place to buy something normal to eat on the road.

If there is a need to purchase a SIM card or top up your account - you have to leave the station building and go to a nearby pavilion, you should provide a service. There is no paper or liquid soap in the toilet (( the coffee machine gave out just boiling water instead of hot chocolate, and this was not my first case. In the waiting room, it would not hurt to install a dozen sockets for charging phones in addition to the charging rack

We were traveling to Almaty, from Russia. The transfer was in Petropavlovsk for 8 hours. We had a very comfortable time, there were a lot of empty seats. There weren't many people. I pass through this station all the time. The station is spacious, there is an escalator to the second floor, many seats in the halls. There is a mini-hotel on the second floor, you can eat there, take a shower. The rooms are normal, the beds are clean. The service is at the proper level.
There are grocery stores near the train station, as well as a Magnum. The prices are reasonable.

Only two booths are open, narrow inside, and for such a flow of women and children it is very small and not convenient, there is always a long queue. There is a paid one on the street, but it works according to its schedule and not around the clock. Also, the storage rooms are not convenient, the cells do not work, but only take them to the room. The waiting room at the station itself is good, there are a lot of seats, air conditioning is working, there is a place to drink coffee.

Удобный, компактный, чистый вокзал. Достаточно мест отдыха, есть 2 этаж. На 1 есть небольшой буфет/столики. Чистые санузлы.
Прямо на Вокзале есть обменник.
В двух шагах продуктовый магазин, также напротив круглосуточная столовая.
Справа от вокзала, на одной привокзальной площади Автовокзал. Очень удобно.
У городских автобусов есть остановка прямо у вокзала.

in my humble opinion, it is an ideal railway station, not huge and stupid like Nur-zhorly in Astana, but beautiful and cozy, there are free vending machines with sockets for charging (and even with cables, if you forgot your own), unlike Nur-Sultan 1, where even electricity for charging is only for sale. Another fast and free Wi-Fi. In general, everything is convenient and everything is for people.

Красивый, новый, современный вокзал. Есть камеры хранения, эскалаторы и лифт, что очень удобно при наличии тяжёлых сумок и (или) чемодана. На вокзале большой зал ожидания с панорамными окнами. На первом этаже имеется обменный пункт, что также очень удобно. Есть где перекусить как в самом вокзале, так и напротив. В нескольких метрах напротив - уютное кафе "Компот". Рядом - красивая привокзальная площадь с дорожками, фигурками и скамейками.

Чисто, уютно. Вежливый персонал. Есть лифт. В зале ожидания есть стойка для подзарядки телефонов, подключены сразу шнуры с разными разъёмами. Рядом с вокзалом, на площади есть столовая называется "Компот"😀🙃там очень вкусно готовят. Есть в Инстаграмме меню и цены 👍👍👍

Отличный и удобный вокзал. Особенно после реконструкции.
С любой платформы в надземный переход можно попасть как по лестнице, так и при помощи лифта. Очень удобно - не нужно тащить багаж на себе и большой плюс для пожилых и людей, ограниченных в передвижении.
Дикторы объявляют прибытие и другую информацию чётко, понятно и без ошибок. На некоторых вокзалах в этом плане всё грустно.

Удобное расположение, полупустые залы ожидания, где можно зарядить телефон. Очень приветливый и доброжелательный персонал в камере хранения, дважды недорого арендовала ячейку.
Туалеты чистые, много касс, небольшое кафе, обменник есть.

Новое здание вокзала очень понравилось!
Красивое, просторное, очень много сидячих мест. Есть кафе. Со стороны входа на второй этаж есть эскалатор. На перон надо спускаться и подниматься с него, по лестнице, к сожалению очень высокой, но проектировщики сделали промежуточные площадки для отдыха, а те кому вообще тяжело подниматься и опускаться по лестнице, есть лифт из галереи над путями на перон.

Все очень удобно и красиво.И лифты!!!!!Это просто фонтастика.Помню,как с сумками тащились по бесконечным лестницам!Очень много места Все выдержанно и функционально.Лишь небольшая ностальгия по пальмам.....интересно,куда их дели?

Очень хороший вокзал. Есть обменный пункт валюты. Курс лучше чем в Алматы. Персонал доброжелательный. У каждого можно спросить или уточнить. Подробно объяснят что, где и как. Спасибо им огромное. Есть не дорогая комната отдыха. На втором этаже. На третьем этаже большой зал ожидания. С туалетом всё в порядке. Так же имеется пару буфетов. На первом и третьем этажах. Подождать своего поезда не составит проблем.

Очень удобное расположение, имеется всё что необходимо. Я воспользовалась комнатой отдыха и осталась довольна, так же мне оказали медицинскую помощь в процедур ном кабинете вокзала сделали нужный мне укол и измерили артериальное давление, которое было повышенным. Это было перед отправкой поезда 16. 22 апреля.

Отличное обслуживание. Талонная система. Стулья для ожидания. Кассиры работают быстро и качественно. Спорных моментов не видела. Один раз был посетитель, оформлял много билетов, поэтому в одной кассе была задержка в работе.

Так-то хороший, но почему-то мрачновато.
Из плюсов, обменуа работает круглосуточно. Хороший курс.
Лавочки для ожидающих промяты, хотя металлические конструкции.
Рядом автовокзал и удобное расположение стоянки.

Был приятно удивлен! Чисто,удобно,все вежливые и доброжелательны!!! А еще поразило ,обменный пункт валюты,разница в покупке и продажи валюты,очень минимальна!!! Обычно в аэропортах и вокзала ,курс Грабительский,а тут,просто нет слов.Большое спасибо руководству и персоналу , жд вокзала г.Петропавловска

Красивый свежеотремонтированный вокзал все на своих местах своеобразная привокзальная площадь. Рядом что удобно автовокзал, и недорогой сетевой магазин. До центра города можно дойти пешком или доехать на маршрутке
