I've been going to the Tractor aquaerobics pool for 3 years now. I came here (although there is a pool closer to home), because Irina, the instructor, works here, and my friends highly recommended her to me. And I didn't regret it: besides the fact that Irina is a very professional instructor, she is also a very positive, pleasant person. The set of exercises changes every week, so we definitely don't get bored. I walk because of back problems - classes really help me reduce back pain. They also charge me with energy, cheerfulness, and positivity, and I always go out in high spirits after class. That's why I recommend it to everyone - come to Irina's group!
