We had a couple vacation on 26.09.-08.10.2025. The three-star hotel is decorated in the style of the early 20th century. The service is of a good level: the room is clean, the bed and towels have been changed 3 times in 12 nights, the towel has also been changed on request, and the water and hygiene products are renewed regardless of whether the previous one was used or not. The staff is very friendly and responds to any requests. For example, they helped me fix my glasses. The hotel is located in the center, a 5-minute walk from the sea. The hotel has its own courtyard, which is a rare exception for a city hotel. There is a restaurant in the detached building, a fairly large swimming pool and a small garden in the courtyard. We were most satisfied with our suite - it is much larger and more comfortable than it can be seen in the photo from the tour operators: there are two entrances to the room from the common corridor: from the bedroom entrance from the large hallway, from the living room - from the small hallway. The room has two large spacious rooms - a living room with a large panoramic window overlooking the sea and the Lotus building, with a small balcony; a bedroom with a king size bed; two bathrooms - a bathroom with a large bathtub and a spacious shower, a washbasin and a toilet; at the entrance to the room from the living room there is a guest toilet. The bathrooms have excellent, modern, new plumbing. It was important for us because we have been to Nha Trang many times and we know that they often have a big problem with plumbing😁 All the furniture in the room is made of teak wood with marble countertops. There were two disadvantages for us at the hotel: - the breakfast menu is quite monotonous, although the quality of cooking is not bad - it is very hot and stuffy in the gym, ventilation is only through open windows, and it is known to be hot outside. We felt that studying there was fraught with getting a heart attack. Therefore, we limited ourselves to swimming and walking around the city. But these are minor disadvantages that pale in comparison to everything that I liked about the hotel. I definitely recommend the hotel.

The food was very good, there was a large selection of desserts, hot dishes, salads, sauces, meat, sausages, fruits, drinks. We are currently staying at this hotel, check-in is from 08/11/25 to 08/23/25 - I really like everything. The location is great, everyone at the reception is attentive and friendly.The water in the pools is warm. Yes, kids come to study, but they don't bother us personally. The breakfasts are excellent, no one will stay hungry for sure, the choice of dishes is very large. So far, this is our favorite in Nha Trang. By the way, they only paid 350 thousand VND for early check-in, which is about $13. In 2019, we vacationed at Than Binh 2 in the North, and they charged us 60 bucks. Of course, you can find disadvantages in any hotel, but we are not looking for them, we enjoy the rest, the sea (5 minutes walk), fruits.

Nice hotel in a great location. The staff is customer-oriented and friendly. All major locations are within walking distance. A shopping mall with a supermarket opposite. There are indeed swimming classes for children in the pool, but it didn't bother us, and it was even interesting to watch. The breakfasts are European, there is pho bo soup, eggs in different versions, fruits, vegetables, sausage. In general, there is something to have breakfast with.

We stayed at the hotel from 03/25/25 to 04/7/25 We arrived early in the morning and checked in at 11 o'clock. The room was on the 4th floor, with a balcony overlooking the pool. I really liked the reception, friendly staff, no crowds, two elevators in each wing, only 4 floors.. There is a private territory with a garden, which is tended by a gardener every day. There are two swimming pools near the restaurant, one large and one for children. After the frenzied noise on the street, it's just an oasis of peace and quiet. It's a 5-minute walk to the sea. Around the corner there is a minimarket, a bakery shop, an Adidas, a cafe, and many others. We were quite satisfied with the room, everything we needed was there, and there was enough furniture, a safe, toothbrushes with toothpaste, water, and a small refrigerator that cooled perfectly... The air conditioner above the balcony cooled perfectly, but no one was blown away! There are no unpleasant smells! Ropes on the balcony for drying swimsuits)))Cleaning every day! Laundry services are available.They don't give you beach towels, so take your own..Breakfast is from 6 to 9, you will not stay hungry))) A great hotel for a relaxing family vacation!!! I don't recall a single untidy moment.. We left with our son with great regret!!! We will recommend this hotel to everyone.

If there was a coke, sprite or something else, then I wouldn't have taken it, the store is nearby, we bought it all ourselves. But I didn't think that plain water was paid for. I thought if our flight was delayed, then there should be more water, and the day would be lost. When I asked at the reception why they didn't warn me, they told me that there was a price, but I didn't see any price on the bottles, and there was nothing in the reviews about paid water in the refrigerator, even if it was a small thing, but it was unpleasant. Although we bought 5 liters of plain water in the store for the kettle. But in general, everything was very pleasant, if we go to Nha Trang, then only to this hotel. Everything was great.

From 4 p.m. to the present, the pool is occupied again. It's kind of crazy. Screams, screams. There can be no talk of relaxing by the pool. We had a rest from November 11 to November 19, 2019. We moved from a beautiful hotel to Mui Ne late at night. The acquaintance with the hotel began with breakfast, which disappointed: mainly Asian cuisine, and tea is solid chlorine, it is simply impossible to drink. The coffee is not delicious, so we decided to drink watermelon juice, but it turned out to be chemical. The rest of the days were better. I liked chops, pancakes with jam, fruit - pitahaya, sweet pineapples, watermelons, bananas, rambutan, guava. The scrambled eggs with vegetables are wonderful, there were potatoes several times. The rooms are nice, clean, the bed and towels are snow-white. There is a hairdryer, slippers, a kettle with instant coffee and green tea (not bitter). Free safe, free laundry (for the duration of the renovation), a rope on the balcony, so beloved by Russians, air conditioning on the balcony, which perfectly dried the laundry. But the air conditioner in the room rattled and creaked very much, although it coped with its purpose. Wi-fi worked tolerably well, although it was difficult to talk on Viber or WhatsApp. There is a 24-hour construction site in front of the windows facing the courtyard. Overall impression: it is good for an overnight stay, and you can spend time walking around the city. I am sure that everything will be fine after the repair is completed and we will come back here more than once!
